"treat others how you like to be treated" much better saying and sounds better, has been around in the UK for along time. that said i dont really care about others, but im polite to both old and young people under 14s and over 60 anything inbetween your on your own.. under 14 your still young and innocent (well mostly) over 60 youve lived a long life and deserve respect anything inbetween your pretty much just and ahole XD
The golden rule...it's a shame hardly anyone actually does it. We live in such a twisted society; sure, there are the kind-hearted who genuinely do this unintentionally, but then there are those who constantly take advantage of others. It makes me sad
