Do you claim the quality of support depends on whether it is an online crypto or fiat casino?

Based on my experience the quality of support depends on the management and not on the kind of value transfer methods they offer.

I have used tons of crypto casinos and almost nobody replies fast. You'll have to wait days and days.
Although I am very happy with Sportsbet.io . They have a live chat which is almost all day online.

Crypto casinos have been around for a while, whilst some have learned to adapt to the customer's needs, some have not. This is shown in the customer base of casinos, the ones that have a higher customer base are usually trying to help out the customer the most they can. Many big casinos offer live chat and quick replying emails in order to make sure they keep their customers. They are getting profits and profits and profits from your winning, losses again and again. They attract you with much amazing posters and offers and then keep on getting profit ratios from your money that you play in there.
Why isn't it so good? I understand on what the kind of support they have.

The problems that I experienced weren't too vital and I can take it so I'm good for not contacting and I can wait until they resolve it automatically.
Support from crypto casinos are a hellva lot better than support from exchanges.
I am not sure why. But maybe because they have constant action on them or what. Undecided
But my conversations with both of these lines of support are just like day and night.

I think the exchanges are more reluctant to help their customers because they have your money/funds in their possession and crypto casinos know what you have can be gone into their system at any moments notice.

I think you mean is about support system on the casino and I don't have any problem with every support system in the casino/gambling sites because I don't have any bad experience while I played the games. for me, as long as the support system can give the best answer and they tried to solve their customer problem, then I think they are the best because they can make their customer satisfaction with their service.
Yeah you are right. Crypto casinos are good for the satisfaction of their customers. I have never experienced such casinos but I think that if casinos start their services in cryptocurrency, it will support bitcoin and the gamblers will use their bitcoin in gamblings. The real thing of bitcoin is to use them for payments and not for holdings to make money.

I have mixed emotions about this one. As much as I despise gambling, there are still various campaigns that support and influence individuals into gambling. I mean, do not get me wrong. Most of these cryptogambling sites aim is for income. But I see it as a hindrance towards self-development and reflection if we want to address addiction. This only gives them the option to gamble in their dwellinf, which is relatively convenient and easy compared when going to casinos.

Unfortunately the support in cryptocurrencies related websites isn't as advanced as in fiat ones .
For example , i needed to change my email address in one crypto betting platform that i won't tell it's name , and i had to struggle for like 2 weeks in order to make that done with the support since it wasn't an automated process like in the majority of websites . And i had to do the same in another fiat gambling website that also didn't support that feature , yet it was done in less than 10 minutes with the help of their 24/7 online support  , all i had to do is send a message to them with the old email , the new email and a signature message from my bitcoin address and it was done . A lot of crypto gambling platforms needs a lot of improvement and should try to enhance the user experience like YOLODICE did recently .

True but does that really matter to them? After all a crypto casino would be anonymous and if executed nicely it is a very shady method to operate in case gambling is illegal in that country. Then again everyone has their method of getting rich.

Most of the crypro based casinos have good support and lot of communication options too other than through website.That is why the crypto based casinos are getting more popular and it saves us some time too from our busy schedule.

For supports know that once they missed even a single day to answer that query ,accusation of scam may be thrown to them so as much as they can they will answer it, support team attracts player to play all over again on the casino knowing it will be safe to do transactions on them.

My recent withdraw from fortunejack got struck but their support came to help me in marvelous way. In my view, they handled the situation professionally like they were well aware of the situation and made me calm down at first step. The solution also offered to me well before their promised time duration. I wanted to give that customer support representative a five star rating but unfortunately they do not have any provision for that. I am in plan to request such a feature so that those representatives will come forward to offer their best to us and also if the owners decide to reflect those rating into their annual appraisal, that would make everyone win regarding support handling.

I think Nitrogensports support is good and directbet too (closed sportsbook). I have many problems before on nitrogensports and the support really help me to solve the problem. What i hate is their response is a bit long to answer our ticket and this is same on all casinos i think.

Agree with this because to get response from a support team takes little bit longer due to not enough persons to handle the issues,so the sites need to arrange more staffs for specific works then it will help the players to get amazing experience.

The most important support for me is about the community support and the customer related service. Because that would be the one who you will most interact with the new when you’re just playing games and chatting in the gambling site. Well probably for more established and pioneer crypto casinos like nitrogen, betcoin and fotunejack, their support team is decent at the least. Every casino's support has flaws and once in a while there will be unhappy customers but it's part of this industry.
They are sweet to you just because they have to extract out much bigger money from you. We are so fools that we allow them to get as much money from us as they can. We offer ourselves with our money and give open permission to take advantage. People we need to understand that this isn’t good. We are not doing it right. We don’t have to let someone else be winner after making us loser.

They do have some flaws in some ways but as long as I don't get irritated and never experience such bad things through their support, I won't complain. I'm not looking for the bad sides and is only appreciating the efforts that they are doing with my queries. And for those who are unhappy with their concerns that was never supported or if they are supported, they aren't satisfied. We can't do something for them unless the support tried to help them in best way that they can.

Support is a must especially for high risk gamblers, and they are aware now how easily users accused scams whenever they dont do actions or response in every users query, they need to adjust and to make acions as much as possible to ease the doubt of players and once that casino took it into priority on making their support easy to contact with. They will sure get loyal users and supporters.
I will never support crypto casinos because I don’t want to lose my money in these casinos. I have never heard that someone had made a lot of money in these casinos. One should not lose his hard earn money so easily no matter he is addicted or he just gamble for fun. This is their business and they will never let you win the bet in their casinos.

one way to see that the site support is good or not ,, that we can see from their response when we send an email ,, if the email we send them quickly reply .. it signifies that the site has a quick response to any complaints that come in

I think that there's still room for improvement, although the support is usually at average level. You have not had any experience with them but you concluded that they are all giving shit. Would that not be an hypocritical statement considering you are even wearing the signature of a gambling site? Most times that blame is always given to the support sites, the fault is from the users not following instructions and not reading the terms in addition to everybody complaining about the same thing (withdrawal issues with variances) and that is why their response always seems generic.

FortuneJack is one response that is fast that I experienced though which was even my own fault at the time. Another that I have involved with are bits sports betting and response was equally not too delayed. On the average, aside from those who are clearly out to scam, they will surely respond.

I have had many experiences with casino supports, sometimes asking a question or needing help with a transaction and i think the quality of the support depends on the popularity of the site, some have a large support team others might have a couple of people, some will answer you instantly others might take a while, but in the end they all answer, overall i don't think that they are in any way different from the support from regular casinos.

I had to deal with support from 2 different gambling sites, and both times i was happy about their support. First time i couldn't place my bet, and second time i couldn't see my deposit, but turns out i deposited less than minimum. They still added my funds to my gambling wallet though.

you can never measure these things with asking a question like this and the bigger problem is that what people answer (like X is good and Y is bad support) is not reliable. I am not saying they are lying but I am saying they don't give enough information so that you can say whether the support is really good or not.

let me give an example with a popular bad exchange with bad everything.
I have been trading on Yobit, only deposited bitcoin and after trades I have withdrawn bitcoin. I have also contacted support and I have always received my answer in a very short time. even in 5 minutes. in my perspective Yobit is a good exchange. but is it really?
what I trade was bitcoin, their problem is everywhere else. what I asked from support was simple questions like "when will the airdrop be" and never had a major issue to get stuck not getting answer for months!

Well, right now I had not need to use the support to often. In fact, the last time I used the customer support from a casino, was with directbet, that as we all know have close their business a long time ago. The experience was great though, and I never had problems with them. I also used betcoin.tm support a long time ago, even before directbet, and it took a while to solve my problem, but everything went out well, so right now I have no complains on casino's customer support.

I have had mixed experiences in this regard. Most of the casinos had good support but I once had a very bad experience where I was not able to reach the casino for an issue related to my deposit. It consumed a lot of time and I made  a promise to myself to check support with a mail before registering on any new crypto casino.

I'm having the same thoughts too on where when I do chat into their support and someone answers I do believe its a bot due to their fast responses and the way they do talk. I have different experiences on each gambling site but somehow I'm satisfied on what they do give out when it comes to support when theres a problem.Some are very friendly and accommodating and some are just plain.
