First of all, India should not be a democratic country. A country where 90% of the total population does not have a high school degree, is not qualified enough to elect their own government. That is why the elections in India are always won on issues such as caste and religion, rather than important factors such as employment and development.
Yeah you are right, That's why I am thinking Indian should go in NOTA polling while they are voting, then politicians will get fear about the voters and they will bring with good plans for the people. then development and employment will come up automatically.

I'm not sure how much effect the NOTA option will be having in the Indian politics. According to the current methodology, even if the NOTA gets the maximum number of votes in a constituency, the second ranked candidate will be declared as the winner, rather than overturning the elections.

Also, the Indian political system discourages educated people to take part in the elections, and at the same time it encourages the illiterates to vote. A large number of educated people live and work outside their hometown, and they are not allowed to take part in the elections.
Effect is there in NOTA If NOTA get majority votes means the Natiional rulling will undertake by president that means no any politician can come inside the ruling and deciding authority. After 6 months election will again fall Due to this Indian economy fall down but politician will get fear of it and Literate people can't do anything because politics is like sewage we can't come out without dirt.

I'm not at all versed in Indian law or the Indian Constitution. However, the Indian Constitution is based on English common law. Because of this, any man or woman in India can enter the courts as a man or woman (probably some form of Queen's Bench) and stand as such, based on harm or damage done to others.

The point is, common law is the everyday law of the people in any specific area. It is entirely separate from the legal system. Common law rules over the legal system. Why? Because common law is the law of man to man, and people are all created equal in their "me" identity.

Legal is the law of paperwork against man. Paperwork never gets up and does anything. It is always men and women that do something. Thus, common law trumps legal law.

However, if people don't know this, and if lawyers are shrewd enough to sell the people on being under the legal system, then it is the people themselves, by their own individual belief (they believed the lawyers), wherein they place themselves subservient to paperwork called the legal system.

If you are truly interested in common law, go to http://www.myprivateaudio.com/Karl-Lentz.html and watch the video at the top right of the page, where Karl Lentz explains how he invoked Queens Bench (common law) in England, on behalf of some Punjabi Indians living in England, and got them off scott free.

I want India should go for President ruling... because Election money wastes and all states legislative assemblies things will go good. Indian money rates also move up. bribe should go from the government. So all Indian try to Vote for NOTA(None Of The Above), Election commission reading NOTA's voting level. It will make some impact in politics. Please share your views about Indian Politics...
