Selling alt coins for comission ?
Can you just not sell the coins on an exchange or in private deals ?
If it is a fair arms length transaction, the buyer wants the item but wants to pay as little as possible for it.
The seller in the situation wants to sell but wants to be paid as much as possible.
Most exchange fees are not really that high so why would you actually need sales people >
In theory if you wanted to sell the coins through a web site, why not just cook up a little code to work like say shapeshift io that exchanges them based on established rates .........
The world of cryptocurrency certainly draws some of the strangest things ever all together in one place and most with the same goal.......
and selling altcoin among people will be slightly hard 
mostly i'll use exchanges to sell your altcoins 
if lack in peoples to buy altcoins
I would be interested in learning more though as I am curious, why could they not just buy them from an exchange how much cheaper can you get them for this group of motivated people? You are in partnership with dev who create many premine?
