I tried reddit, but I don't have a very good account and it seems like it was sort of shadow blocked on that.

I actually haven't posted here in a while because I've been working non-stop at a startup. But one of my overseas software developers in Nepal became homeless because of the earthquakes and suffered personal tragedies. And he can't work for us right now because of his situation.
He's tried some crowdfunding sites, but they all require paypal, ssn and it's hard for him to even exchange paypal.
I've introduced him to bitcoin and there's a shipping company next to him that will exchange bitcoin for cash (found it on localbitcoin).
I told him to get some pictures with his family and a QR code:
