Here is my instagram activity stats,you can clearly see that there was huge down trend at the post enagements, probably because of the issue you were talking about.

Got same problem but its just facebook(can't send image and really slow to load everything)before, but now its back to normal.
I don't face any problem in whatsapp or instagram, but my friend told me if he can't send any picture to other.

I don't know if this is cyber attack but atleast facebook said if this is not because ddos

I had problem with my instagram account.Normally post engagement everyday hits 100K but for the last 48 hours it just only hit 7.5K and followers never increased in the last 48 hours,normally everyday I gain more than 250 followers.

I thought it was due to algorithm change from Instagram but never heard of any cyber attacks!
