As stated on their website, they can't do anything regarding passwords. So your best bet is to remember whether you are incorrectly login using a wrong identifier or password, etc or not, just remember back then in case you have multiple accounts. Or if your account is linked to an email, trying to get back the identifier using their "forgot identifier" method won't hurt to try.
The wallet social media already not active more than 2-3 years.
I also visiting the wallet website, is got blocked by google or my device "Privacy Error" don't know why. Any chance you have the seed/private key of your wallet from LiteCoinVault? maybe you can import to another LTC wallet.
