Any one can suggest or has recommendations which open source Bitcoin escrow to use or which one to avoid?
I found with minimal research these public projects:

Are these the free major system or should I search at other places than github?
Goal is to run a small, commercial escrow-site. Project doesnt fancy design like Eskonto or Coinguard.com (scam page), basic like Bitscrow is enough.
And its supposed to be classic escrow agent type of escrow.
Crazy multi-sig-escrow is not needed. (Site is targeting normal people, not the super intelligent bitcoin elite running the latest nighly builds of every BTC client.)
