it's true we have to give balance, but I think poker players are a lot of scattered and it is very profitable for those who become winners.

The real best place would be to have your own oil rig like the nation of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principality_of_Sealand

Second best thing? Tough one, really depends but probably Vanuatu would be a great choice
they are already selling citizenships for BTC
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-10-12/bitcoin-can-buy-you-citizenship-in-one-of-the-happiest-countries

You can bet their govt will continue to become more crypto friendly with time (income makes govts more friendly)

Nevada, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey etc will be awesome to set up a Bitcoin poker/gambling operator cause there laws are literally good in slot machines which were legalized in 2004. Table games, including poker, were legalized in 2010.

Be careful when dealing with entities overseas.  They know  you'll never find them if you pay for something and don't receive what you paid for.  But yes, you'll want to go to more of a third world country as opposed to established counties if you're into gambling and want to offer it worldwide.

What's the best place to set up a Bitcoin poker/gambling operator?

Of course the "best place" should offer a good/optimal balance of different criteria such as low regulation and good Internet infrastructure.

I work for a Corporate Service Provider in the Isle of Man - We are able to offer advice and information on E-Gaming and BC on the Island. The Isle of Man is now also able to offer places to bank your BC with the facility to transfer money world wide.

We also have an amazing internet/power infrastructure. A licence will be required for any E-Gaming taking place.

Get in touch if you would like to discuss what you are planning.

Well hello there!
If I was considering opening up a Bitcoin poker/gambling site I would most likely consider the following places:
1.) Isle of Mann  (bitcoin island)
2.) Bali  (another bitcoin island)
3.) Germany  (no capital gains if btc held > 1 year)
4.) Denmark  (no capital gains...period)
