You could include Temtum (TEM) which is also quantum resistant and has been a product of years of research by Richard Dennis
- https://temtum.com/ . Aside from that, the project also sports some cool innovations in blockchain technology like their temporal
blockchain tech, but its most ideal if you could do a DYOR on this project and see for yourself. Smiley

Thanks for sharing this, mate. This is a new quantum-proof cryptocurrency that I've never heard of. Considering that it has been a product of research for a few years now, it could very well become successful in the long term. But be aware, that already-established players like Nexus and Quantum Resistant Ledger will make things harder for Temtum over time. Even if it doesn't become as prominent as these cryptocurrencies, Temtum could survive within the mainstream world for years to come. It's all a matter of security, reliability, and most of all, usability for any cryptocurrency to succeed.

Now, the real deal would be Bitcoin itself as it's not proven to be quantum-resistant after all (AFAIK). The aforementioned cryptocurrencies (NXS, QRL, and TEM) could gain a competitive advantage over Bitcoin in this regard. Security is what matters most when you want truly immutable and censorship-resistant transactions. As of now, Nexus, Quantum Resistant Ledger, and Temtum seem to be the biggest players in the Quantum-resistance space. They're already ahead of Bitcoin, making them ready against Quantum Computing attacks in the future. Nonetheless, it's good to know that many cryptocurrencies have decided to implement Quantum-resistant defense mechanisms since it'll help maintain the longevity of Blockchain technology for years to come. With the rising threat of Quantum Computing, some cryptocurrencies have started to adopt defensive mechanisms that will ensure their longevity within the mainstream world. We already have Nexus (NXS) with a quantum-proof algorithm, as well as, the Quantum Resistant Ledger (QRL). They are ahead of the game as Quantum Computing is still starting to blossom. However, it's the time where Bitcoin hasn't adopted a Quantum-proof technology (like Lamport Signatures) in order to defend itself against Quantum attacks.

Quantum-based cryptocurrencies haven't taken the world by storm yet, but they seem to be the way of the future. With many options to choose from, it makes me wonder which of the existent Quantum-proof cryptocurrencies is the best? After all, they're more of the same with the only addition of Quantum-proof signatures for security. The only crypto which is different is Nexus with a diverse number of consensus algorithms, as well as, additional security features in order to achieve resiliency and decentralization. What are your thoughts? Huh
