under the 0.5% fee is low for me.

Indacoin's fee is 0% if you deposit with Okpay or Perfect Money
The price is higher by 10-15$ most of the times, and you cannot withdraw to perfect money and withdrawal fee to Okpay is 3%.
 So eventually has to pay some kinda fee's otherwise how will those exchanges gonna survive.

have you tried btc-e.com? you can deposit money with Okpay - the fee is about 1%

No, I meant that it costs some 600+ per coin on localbitcoins when it is at 580 on bitstamp.

When trading with localbitcoins, the mark up fees are so high.  What is the next safest alternative?  I don't want to go with coinbase because of their high risk transaction bull crap.
