LOL, did the rep follow up on the ticket on his own? Or had you recently replied to it to 'bump' it in their system?

I never receive replies to the tickets themselves, even after 'bumping' them. The only way I've been able to get a reply is by mentioning the tickets in the Cryptsy chat box. But they recently scolded me, telling me the chat box was not for support issues. But each time I mention the tickets there, I get a reply, never fails. Now only if I could get a resolution instead of a request for more patience on my behalf, well that would be something!

I've heard that if you have a verified account (i.e., if you give them your identity) that suddenly the support services are like 100x better and more effective.

3 months though...damn.

So I have at least another month of waiting. Great.


If they are blowing you off in chat i'd say start a dedicated name & shame thread in this forum. Plenty of people will help keep it bumped to the top. Cryptsy deserves to be shamed until they change their ways or loose all the customers. Just my 2 sat.

That sounds like a veiled threat to ban people who mention overdue support tickets in the trollbox. Censoring people's complaints makes Cryptsy look awful. I had to wait weeks for a support ticket to be resolved ans also got palmed off with a request for more patience on my behalf. I've had two support tickets open for two months each. One was a withdrawal that never hit the blockchain and one was a deposit that was never credited to my account after I made the deposit while their wallet was under maintenance. Neither issue seems to be all that difficult to resolve, yet for two months Cryptsy support reps continue to tell me 'We do apologize for the inconvenience. We will follow up with our wallet specialist regarding your withdrawal. We will update you soon as issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience.'

Then I wait a week and receive the same reply, over and over again.

Have you ever had support tickets at Cryptsy resolved after waiting on them for two months or longer?

I find it hard to believe they will eventually get to them when similar support tickets are probably piling up in their system every damn day.

Tell me your Cryptsy horror stories to make me feel better.


To make you feel better, I can tell you I still have a Cryptsy support ticket pending for 3 months.

One month ago another Cryptsy support rep did follow up on this pending ticket. Guess what he asked me? He asked me if his colleague had answered my ticket or not.  Shocked

Of course I replied him no.

Then no more reply until now...
