Thanks for the reply, I don't think I'd earn anything with btc or ltc and dogecoin is going down in price? Or so I read or heard at least? Currently I'm mining slimcoin but apparently it's a huge cluster you know what, I don't even know if I have the right miner for it.

I have a Dell with Intel HD 4000 graphics so I know I'm not going to grab a huge amount of coins at once, maybe I'll bow out of the btc game again like I did in 2011 because now it seems a little too hard and I'll be the first to admit that I'm mostly doing this as a means to make some kind of money.

Well honestly it's very hard to say. I wouldn't be suprised if none of the current alt coins will make it in a future. Stay with Bitcoin, Litecoin and alternatively Dogecoin.

Something with low difficulty, and doesn't require a superbeast to mine, or get. I'm working with very little resources here. I have an asic miner usb stick but I'd rather not waste it on something that isn't going to be profitable to me. I've looked at all the cryptocurrencies and I haven't found one that really stands out to me yet. I have a dell with intel core i3 so I know I'm not gonna get much but I know I can hash a lot better than I am over at slimcoin.

Any help please?
