You don't need to cooperate in building your investment in bitcoin - if you are constrained by a lack of budget, you can buy as much as you have. There's no need to join a group where you and several friends raise funds together to get a lot of investment assets - in the end the profits will only be the same if the shares are equal. If you don't understand much about Bitcoin and investing - you can learn, you can do it independently without depending on other people.

I really like how you spelt this out. We truly do not need to cooperate with externals to gather Bitcoin assets. Oh well, except for married couples in my opinion. I agree that the essence of investments in Bitcoin was really not to make it a Joint Venture sort of, or anything sought of.
I will advise that people refrain from trying to invest in this manner cause most of the time, it never turns out really well. This is so because the people you think are colleagues in the long run, may lose the dream you all held for the investment while involving selfish motives.

I think loyce did this before and note that the pool of funds came from several forum members. So, if it's possible with that setup then it's also possible to do it with your friends. But you know what OP, I'd avoid being associated with any friends or relatives with investments. Because you don't what's on their head. If they'd just invest and give the money to you without understanding how the wild ride will be, you better stop being interested on this kind of investment. You invest on your own and avoid this kind of setup because based on my experience, this really won't work at all unless those relatives and friends that you're going to include on this pooling or crowdfunding understands what volatility really means and how the crypto market works.

There had been multiple of transparent and reliable cooperative tradingband investment affair services which investors and traders are delightfully bumping in and are doing greatly well in them.

So I needed to know if it's possible to subject in engaging on a corporative crypto investment where you and and some friends or relatives have to contribute and funds to purchase and keep accumulating to their crypto assets holdings?
Hmm, its a tricky thing because the more people will be in the group the more problems you might have to face, as you don't know whats ongoing in someone's mind, but a proper agreement signed by all can do the work and can save all of you from any type of dispute because when he agreement would be signed and a person from the group with bad mindset try to scam you all, the dispute can be taken to the police with proofs (with that agreement).

I am not saying this is that much complicated, but if you don't trust the guys then there are legal ways to make these things happen. The hard part will be who will have the ability to keep the funds in there holdings, the best part to solve this is to use multi-sig wallet and create different keys for everyone in order to keep the funds safe, but there is catch to it also, what if some member hide the key and died due to some natural event, then you might not be able to recover those funds.

What makes you think they are doing well in them, i hope you're not planning to join one, these are all centralized and there's no amount of words can convince me that this same organization were not after their own first before considering you for a left over, why don't you see further beyond these centralized institution and privately invest your money in bitcoin in a decentralized way that tied you down to no one, we are talking about freedom on investment in a decentralized network like the use of bitcoin in our investment and not to be putting ourselves again under the bondage of these centralized organizations for our investment, aren't you tired of kyc, don't you want to handle your financial investment all by yourself, then stop such consideration on third parties for an investment.

I'm just thinking about how it can be managed to keep the risk side of privacies on track if possible.
Meanwhile right at the moment, I came across group of persons having such discussion. Maybe one of them who maybe more enlightened about crytop currency might be the one who initiated the idea at a disguise of his selfish interest.

Please let's just be careful with people around us because this can't be possible and must be aware that there are people who fronts in attractions while having selfish mindedness dwelling in them.
The idea is totally wrong, crypto investment encourages individualism and the need to keep your assets a secret. If anybody should even phantom that Idea of having a corporate affairs investment in crypto, it should be between married couples with kids. At that point it can even be seen as couples who wants to grow their financial life by investing in cryptocurrency. For those group of friends that would want to invest corporately, I assure you it will always end up in a bad results, because it will come a point in time everybody would want to go solo.

The interested parties can set up a multi-sig wallet hold their bitcoins. This way one of the partners cannot process a transaction without the signature of the other co-signer. I do not see the advantage of such partnerships and here is why:

A lot of times when businesses and investments are done with friends and family, people do not usually bother about legal issues and contracts. The problem starts when the business starts getting more money and greed becomes apparent in the partners. How do you intend to manage the profits from this venture? Does each party get only the amount of bitcoins they purchase or is the total funds going to be divided by the amount of people that are involved? If it is the former, then it’s much better and simpler to buy and hold your bitcoins yourself.

To what end? The cons outweighs the pros.
This is like investing in a business with friends. It never ends well. Secondly it defeats the idea of Bitcoin self custody. Why do you want to expose your self to more risk when you can have your coins in a hardware wallets or software wallet with your private keys safely kept some where and have your peace of mind.

I'd rather buy a Bitcoin spot ETF than do this.
