yea, it's sad that they used our preorder money for research and now that the product is here they decide to stop selling
It's worse than that -- it's out right theft and fraud. They took our investment money and have enriched themselves for it.
Not only NOT delivering on their consumer obligations, but are essentially stealing the funds that gave them the ability in the first place and will continue to reap rewards.
Our attorney has relayed that KNCMiner is pretending that they were not selling to consumers but to businesses and therefore should not be held to the EU directives and protections afforded us. I absolutely paid for my pre-orders PERSONALLY and they were to be delivered to my home address.

It's a shame that 50% of all the bitcoin mining companies have either been outright scammers or turned to blatant theft from their customers.
It's because of us that they even exist, but they act like we are the drain on them.

Quite sad indeed. It's not just the mining companies involved in BTC too scanning customers. You can throw most exchanges in there as well. And a considerable number of old-time members on this forum too.

So they have taken our investment money, enriched themselves by mining with it, and now they want to do it going forward as a business model?
WTF! They owe us a slice of that action going forward since we paid for that capacity and business model.
As far as I'm concerned everyone who paid into the vaporware hardware are INVESTORS in that business plan and they damn well better start kicking out dividends on that investment.
