Peercoin is the only crypto-community that reminds me of bitcoin back in the old days.

It's innovative and the community really believe in the technology. Even the forum discussion are technical, not the usual "how much money are we gonna make? threads.

Peercoin will be the breakout coin of 2014 in my opinion.

this made my day. A community tht isn't always talking about how rich they are going to be. Its nice to here tht, all I here in this thread is how rich this alt will make you invest now or you'll be sorry. xxxcoin to the moon blah blah blah. I always thought PPC was the best even over BTC, the only thing tht I don't get is the # of coin creation and how tht might affect the price

Sudden surges in prices without any news, low volume, holiday times, etc have always pointed to a Pump, this is clearly a PPC & XPM Pump.

Having said that, PPC & XPM were undervalued at $3 so i don't expect the price to slide much even when the dump occurs.

Why PPC is climbing in value...

- Not a premine scam coin like Quark, Mega, World, etc, etc.
- Actually has innovative features by Sunny King the developer
- Has been steadily at number 3-4 in market cap (non-premine list)
- After Litecoin goes through the roof in value in 2014 as most anticipate, PPC will be the next value coin to invest into
- Its traded on BTC-e, so has higher volume trading, the big exchanges might consider it too after LTC, for more trading volume potential

It's been a slow and steady up and comer.  For long term investment, don't think you can wrong with it.

(FYI, I cut and paste my comment from another PPC thread asking same question)

Good luck to you all in 2014, the Year of the CryptoCoin....

I have stated several times that i think peercoin is the best coin to invest in in long term. Strong fundamentals, inovative, maybe the most competent dev, a serious and competent comunity and most importantly, peercoin actually have purpose and reason to exist (unlike most alts).

Sorry this is false , Litecoin has the most competent dev team.

I wrote maybe, and dev, not dev team.  Smiley

Where do you see it reversing?  Huh

Looking at btc-e it's even more going up. Already higher than NMC. Great for me (i keep holding)  Grin

It's most likely a pump and looks like it is reversing now. Nothing in the news to suggest natural increase.
