this! thank you, why this problem with DuckDuck happens?

I really don't get duckduckgo.

People who are interested in bitcoin are also interested in privacy and are duckduckgo potential customers.

However, duckduckgo doesn't work for the biggest cryptocurrency forum, this one.

I tried for months to use duckduckgo, but it doesn't return me good search resulta Sad

Yeah, unfortunately DuckDuckGo doesn't return great results for the forum, and also returns a lot of the ".to" extension, which is a phishing site. If you entered your details on that site, then you need to change your password immediately.

As mentioned, including "site:bitcointalk.org" at the end of your search will limit your results to the real forum only.

I'll also just quote this post by LoyceV for anyone who is interested - to protect yourself in the future you can block your computer from accessing the ".to" site.

You can use your hosts-file to stop your computer from ever accessing that site again.

I totally fell for the cloned site, until I realized I couldn't see your trust ratings.
I have added this line to /etc/hosts
Code:
127.0.0.1       bitcointalk.to
Now my computer can't access that phishing site anymore.

https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts (scroll down a bit to see many different categories hosts files). The one mentioned above isn't on it though, so I've added it by myself.

If you don't know how to do this: How to Edit Your Hosts File on Windows, Mac, or Linux.

Yup, they look like phishing sites; also your search terms were way too vague imho.
I am used with google search engine, but I've checked and seems to also work with duckduckgo: at the end of search terms, add the website you are searching in, to make sure you get the results you expect, from the bitcointalk you expect Wink
For forum ranks/badges, I'd try (see the syntax) : badges site:bitcointalk.org

Metamask blocked the few links what I tried - https://imgur.com/a/yCmkdCH

I wondering if this was on my end or something related to DuckDuckGo ...
I never used either of those but pretty sure it has something to do with the fact that those two links, are phishing links (.to extension, instead of .org).

Hello,

Today after breakfast, as usual, I started the Pc to have some fun here.

But in my surprise, while searching for the rank system, using Chrome + DuckDuckGo; the result of the searches were extremely bad.
Searching for merits because I did not found anything useful searching for "BcT Ranks" or similar.
