If you really want to dig deeper to fix this problem while not having to format your Windows operating system, I suggest posting on the Brave community forums. Someone MIGHT just be able to help you there: https://community.brave.com/

Not yet. Because I always try to avoid using third party software. Anyway, because you used it without issues, I will try and let you know results after that.
Have you tried use 3rd party uninstaller software, such as Revo Uninstaller Pro which mentioned on guide you share? It solve most of my problem to clean left-over file or when the uninstaller is corrupt.
I did not make backup.

You also could try System Restore or System Image Backup (if you made one)

I tried all third party softwares in the guide, they do not solve issues (can not find leftover of Brave browser and uninstall it). It's so strange.

If you search for your error message online, there are several reports of Chrome users running in to the same error message due to incompletely uninstalled previous versions preventing the new version from installing properly. Several reported that the above steps (ensuring previous versions are properly uninstalled and deleting any remaining files) solved their issue. Since Brave is also based on Chromium, there's a fair chance these steps might work for you.
CCleaner does not help. I also try to delete leftovers and software keys from Windows Registry as guided here:
https://windowsreport.com/remove-software-leftovers/
%programfiles%
%appdata%
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftware
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE
HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTSoftware
%temp%
Unfortunately, it does not solves isues, so I gave up for now.
Maybe, I will resintall my Windows someday and will come back to use Brave browser on this device after that.

Did you try the steps I suggested previously?
It's possible there are old files from your previous install hanging around which are interfering with your new install. Use Windows' Add/Remove Programs feature from the Control Panel to uninstall it properly. Also check your AppData folder for any left over files that you will need to remove manually. You may also need to use a program like CCleaner to fully remove it.

Also make sure you are running the installer as an administrator.

Then you have to download again the browser OP, there maybe possible updates on the browser to which you should need to download the new updates available for sometimes.it could be a massive update and it could not be automatically installed in your PC.
I downloaded, installed many times, but it have not solved anything. I actually used Brave browser on the same computer without issues, then just uninstalled it, after that issues occured and could not be solved so far. On another computer, I installed and used Brave browser very well. Still don't know what is the real issue, and I have been lazy, and don't have intention to reinstall my Window operation system. It takes much time, and not my priority. Just curious why it happened.

I am.not familiar with brave browser for I am only using google chrome or avast browser for fast and secure surfing experience. What's in brave browser anyway that you like most OP?
You can get passive income from Brave browser. It is not too much, just a bit few cents. On the website of Brave, you can see "Get rewarded for browsing". https://brave.com/brave-rewards/

More clarification for my issue. In fact, I installed Brave browser and used it without issues since months ago, but one or two weeks ago, I uninstalled it from my computer, then when I reinstalled it, issues occured like I described in OP.

Your suggestions all did not solve this issue. I tried re-download and reinstall many times during last few days [with Windows restart many times each day, of course]. I just installed brave browser and haven't experienced that kind of problem.

Maybe you should properly address this to the brave community so that their devs will notice this kind of error.

Try simply restarting your computer. Not sure if it would work for you, but it worked for this dude at least: https://community.brave.com/t/installer-failed-to-uncompress-archive-second-report/50743

Have you checked your firewall, you may be blocking the connection for the final installation. They have got a helpful forum, and it may be worth checking on that for a solution to the problem. I'm using Brave as my default now, but I did have problems installing it with the latest version of Mint ( not that this is relevant to your problem, but it may help others thinking of using Brave ).
