I think this problem will be with software mining settings.
What do you want mining (some algos need at least 8 GB VRAM)? What does the miner's console write? Is there any error?

It's the worst kind of problem to troubleshoot. It's intermittant, takes time to become apparent & has no obvious trigger.
It could anything, SW like a memory leak, HW like a failing PSU, environment like poor cooling/ventilation, anything.
Furthermore very little information was provided. It's just guessing at this point.

It doesn't sound like a hardware problem. If there was a hardware problem, the video cards would be giving errors or would not be visible in the miner.
That is to see if it's his 2 PSU setup is causing the issue, not to look for defects in any of the GPUs.
Most of the time, power issue's symptoms are vague specially when using plugs from two separate PSUs to riser and GPU ports.

For possible hardware issue,
Try to isolate the issue by only using one PSU and 4 cards. If it works without issue, swap it with the other PSU.

Most likely the miner is using Windows and this problem is a lack of virtual memory.
And the funny thing is that in case of this problem when disabling 4 video cards, mining should work fine.

If you use 2 power supplies, be sure to use PCI-E power cable and PCI-E riser power cable from the same source for each video card.

Do not mix power supplies!

Use more virtual memory than sum of al GGDR memory of all cards, so let's say each card have 8GB Vram, and there are 8 video cards, use more than 64Gb of virtual memory.

Please move this to "Mining (Altcoins)" board since this board is only for Bitcoin mining. (I'll also ask a Mod in case you can't)

As for the issue, no one would know unless you can provide some logs and specs.

For possible hardware issue,
Try to isolate the issue by only using one PSU and 4 cards. If it works without issue, swap it with the other PSU.

If separate setup works, I'd look at that double PSU setup, how is it "split" between the 8 cards?
4 GPUs per PSU or are you using 2x power port GPUs powering each port with separate PSU's power jacks?
Because the latter could cause such problem since the bridge between the two PSUs is just for the power pin to start them simultaneously, both are still working independently.

Hello all, Is anyone able to provide me some advice please

My mining rig 8 cards which are the same cards,

However I have intermittent issues with cards producing. 0h/S for example 6 out of the 8 cards are stuck at 0m/s until I reboot the rig, I’m using the latest version of simple miner software

The motherboard being used is H110 Pro BTC+ with 8gb RAM and a capable cpu which is sufficient, And I’m using x 2 1500w power supplies bridged together and split evenly for the x8 cards.

I’m stumbled on what the issue is it won’t be the same cards producing this issue it’ll be different cards now and then and won’t happen immediately, I’ve looked at changing out risers etc

Does anyone know what could be the problem here?
