Change control board into a different working S17+ PSU
Change Ribbon cables working in another S17+
Change PSU
The control board is the problem
I visually inspect control board but cant see any problems, also cleaned board with alcohol.
I have tried to reflash using a 32gb sd card and downloading firmware from https://m.bitmain.com/support/download
S17+ from list, select firmware button, downloaded https://file12.bitmain.com/shop-product/firmware/322e2381-46b7-4311-9a6a-fb6951652302/2020/06/18/11/Antminer-S17%2B-user-OM-202006021031-sig_5968.tar.gz
Make sure my SD Card is formatted with fat32 on my linux machine with cmds

sudo mkfs.fat /dev/sdd
lsblk -f //confirm fat32
lsblk -f //confirm fat32
Copy Antminer-S17+-user-OM-202006021031-sig_5968.tar.gz file and unzip to sdcard base directory.
Insert sd card into conrol board and power up.
When I do this, both the red and green status light remain green forever... I think they are supposed to go off?
