Overall my experience with Kraken has been positive. The site has nice features and functions well. Most importantly, I've been able to withdraw my Euro's regularly for a negligible fee (only slightly more than what a Bitcoin tx would cost!) and they always arrive the next business day.
There are a few minor issues here and there, but the primary downside right now is the low volume. It's increasing, but it's still not high enough for active trading of larger amounts.

I think it's great! It is the platform that at the moment gives me the most confidence they won't run with my money. Unfortunately, volume is still low, preventing bigger trades.
It allows you execute many advanced order options not present in other exchanges
