Hey guys, the crypto community is a great place to make online friends and share ideas, and I have made quite a few since I began my journey. Networking is undoubtedly an asset.

As an introvert, I prefer being behind the scenes and having less human interaction. However, I find myself talking a lot about specific topics like crypto, even with someone I've just met. This is probably because not many people around me know much about it.

I recently saw a meetup event where people could network. I haven't been to one yet, but I'm contemplating attending...

Are crypto meetups worth it? Have you been to one?

I've been to the recently held BTC conference in Prague and it has really been insightful. A lot of big and upcoming names in the community was there. Attendees have come up with different ways in which they introduce their innovations. There was this company, OneMiners, who did a sticker campaign as a way to connect with the community. It was really fun and interactive. I am now looking forward to attending more bitcoin meetups.

Yes Bournesparks, Crypto meetups are totally worth it. I have been to one in my home country and I loved every expereince of it. The networking opportunities, meeting fanatastic people who are doing interesting things in the crypto space from working on amazing bitcoin projects to taking bitcoin education to their communities in innovative ways. You will be inspires, motivated, and fired up. Above all you will make lifelong friends and you aren't married yet, you may just fall in fall and get to spend the rest of your life with someone with similar interests, goals, and drives.

I have not attended a physical crypto meetup organized by any group, but I have had the opportunity to participate in one on Zoom and it was educative, some people shared their success stories from a point of practical knowledge and I gained some insights on how the ecosystem works. I also gained some motivation, which I put into my crypto explorations.
