Only do it when you are independently wealthy or are a tattoo artist yourself. Otherwise you severly limit your chances of future employment. Undecided

Rightly so.  Anyone who would do such a thing to themselves had, at one time, some significant mental issues which manifested themselves in an identity crisis of one sort or another, and God knows what else.  These kinds of issues might recede but one has to suspect that they will crop up again from time to time.

Lots of people, and especially people who have it together enough to have the resource to support an employee, are going to find it weird that someone in a modern culture would maim themselves.  I don't assume that someone who does weird shit to their bodies is necessarily a bad or unreliable person, but if there are options, why take the chance?

Silicon or titanium implants, or somtimes it's some sort of porous material with some substance that stimulates the body to grow bone on it.

Given sufficient thought on the consequences of such an obvious tattoo.

Can't hurt.

May I suggest something like:

Well it would say a lot about you. i would be very curious what it could mean to you that would be so important as for it to be worth sacrifice millions of your potential future dollars. it would say that you dont care whether or not other people have a positive opinion of you. That would make you the sort of person i might be inordinately interested in being friends with or attempting to learn about. (though i think thats unique to me and not applicable to most people) It would certainly not make you the sort of person i might be interested in employing or contracting with.

It says a lot about, also. I was under the impression that Duke Nukem was a Bitcoiner in Norway, not a vintage video came.

I've always dreamed of a nice young lady with a bounce in her step, and shitloads of facial tattoos. If she doesn't at least have the names of her five children tattooed on her neck in cursive, it's a dealbreaker.

Wow, loved the orig Duke Nukem. I made a mod changing all the enemies into pigcops.  :-D
No, what you loved was Duke Nukem 3D, which was the third game in the series. The original game was quite different.

That game brings back a few memories. Used to play it on my cousins computer when I was quite young.

If I may quote Duke Nukem.

Quote
"Your face. Your ass. What's the difference?"
Relevant: It is a little-known fact that Duke Nukem actually has a tattoo on his left buttock (visible when you sit on the photocopier in E4L5 of Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition). (EDIT: pic possibly NSFW, depending on how your boss feels about photocopied butts)

To each their own, but it's kinda dumb from the being able to get a job aspect. Sure, if you work in a non-traditional industry it's ok. But what if you cannot find anything like that and need to sell State Farm or something...  lol

Personally, for me it's like any other type of art, regardless of the medium, the contents make all the difference.
