Is this in response to gemz?

It might have been, but a more likely guess is "response to Telegram" Telly's bigger.

Gemz still allows you to send money directly within instant messaging, free, instantly and limitless, which is more powerful than encryption imo and something whatsapp cant. It will also allow you soon to transfer money through every other social messenger including whatsapp, snapchat, instagram, twitter, facebook, line, wechat, viber, skype, kik and all the others which is even more powerful.

I like the sound of this please explain more regards "soon will allow"  Smiley

It's in beta right now, it will support gemz and later fiat aswell, probably bitcoin too not sure.

Is this in response to gemz?

Why would you assume that this happened in any relation to gemz?

Well with Gemz you where able to send end to end encryption which you wern't with whatsapp? and the fact there wasnt much differance in the GUI?
