Along with Mikey's question about power I have to ask about that bridge board: Do you actually replace it? It probably just needs to be re-seated. Every couple months one of my M10's does the same thing (1 board loses communications to the controller). I just open the miner up and re-seat that bridge board and all is well again for a few months.
What is the AC voltage at the wall? are you sure you have the M21 and not the M21s?

I bought 20 miners at 6 months ago but at this time 7 miner got this list of errors.
every months a miner get this problem, when i change this part everything be OK.
