If you changed the default password for the miner you need to change that in WhatsMiner Tool as well, go to settings > current password and enter the correct password.

Hi.

I'm new to mining so please bear with me.

I am running a number of WhatsMiner M3s. All are running fine.

I would like to update the onboard firmware of each miner. I have downloaded the latest WhatsMiner Tool V5.3.5. The WhatsMiner tool launches with no problem. I have configured the tool with the default gateway IP address (router IP). I have added an IP range which covers my miner's IP addresses. When I click the "IP Monitor" button, followed by "Scan", my miners are listed in the grid - which is all good.

However, when I click the button "Monitor", my miners are not listed. I tried the same on 2 different networks, on 4 different computers, all have the same problem.

What I am I doing wrong? How can I get my miners to appear in the main grid?

Any help or guidance will be MASSIVELY appreciated!
