I think I answered this question around 10 times at least..
it's due to a hack attack on the forum and now no one can change their avatar, if you have none you will have none in the future
if you have 1 you're stuck with it

Lol there are a bunch of questions that would make for a good FAQ section, but you can bet that 10% at most of new users will read it

Nope, they were disabled due to a hack. There's no estimate when they'll be back.
