Hello. I'm wondering, when do cryptocoins start having prices in USD?

According to bitcoin wiki, the very first bitcoin price was $1 = 1,309.03 BTC on 5 Oct 2009.

Hello. I'm wondering, when do cryptocoins start having prices in USD? And what are the main factors of coin price going higher? If it's a demand of coin, why I don't see anyone really promoting their coins?

altcoins in 99% of cases have no real world use, so people dont measure them against fiat prices as you cant buy anything with them which you wold normally buy with FIAT

they are purely for online small games(copy/pasted dic sourcecode) and only used as part of gambling the bitcoin price variations.

and before i see replies that certain coins are used to purchase products... i said 99% are not, leaving 1% which are or cold be, which is maybe 5 alts that have atleast 1 merchant using it, purely for publicity of course..

in the end once these altcoin creators have done thier 3 month premine and dumped the coin at the high due to false advertising/speculating.. they all move to bitcoin as that is their ultimate goal. to gain bitcoin and leave previous bitcoin holders, left with a bag of useless coins.

they then make a new altcoin and repeat the same process again, even if they make only 6btc from their scams each 3 months, its in their benefit as that works out as a nice salary for doing little work and having everyone else hash it out for them.

all that really matters though is bitcoin. so put all your efforts into promoting bitcoin and dont be fooled into these altcoins.. 99% of the time you will be left holding the bag.

What do you mean 'start having prices in USD'. I guess when people start pegging them to dollars and start trading them for each other on exchanges they then get a fiat/dollar price. The value is simple supply and demand, and people are always trying to promote their coin (usually with not much success though).
