Wealth is a very abstract definition. And often it is formed in our minds, depending on the wealth of the environment. I would have had enough carelessness and sometimes please myself with something, I do not pretend to be more, but this is just my opinion
I would consider im rich when i can get most of the things i want without even thinking about it. (Car , House , vacation for uncertain period of time... and basically luxurious things)

I consider myself rich when built my own house with my own money that i work for.

depend on what rich you mean . because i am rich with friends and family that loves me.
but financially ?i will consider myself rich once i can afford to travel the world.
I would consider myself to be rich if enough people whom I have never met told me I am rich by knowing the size of my bank account.
