im trying to buy some food at a resturant, im planing to make a quick dummy act at blockchain and send what i need there n go in with the laptop, so i would basically need a webcam to scan their  qr code?

it would help if laptop has a camera and can read QR codes. Best would as part of wallet function

if not you may just have to type in long bitcoin address to send it to them.


if you are receving BTC agaiin you need a tool to covert your bitcoin address to a QR code. your wallet program might or there are webpages you can enter a string and it will show it as a QR code.

i think their gonna be using bitpay or what not  and scaning the pixel code thing, it shouldnt matter  phone or laptop right?

or  can i bring in my laptop to get scanned instead. i have a prepaid phone, it cost me 30mins of talk time to access the interweb. thanks in advance
