When is the next correction expected?

Exactly, no one knows when is the next correction. But we should expect the bitcoin price can go up any moment. And in this season holding bitcoin is a good thing to do. Thus, we should be ready maybe the correction happen anytime.

Thank you for the link. Red the speculation, i have to say that it seems quite realistic at first glance. But i did some research after reading the information in the link.
It states that WallStreet is manipulating the market. According to this https://www.barchart.com/futures/bitcoin currently there is futures contracts with combined value of 12 000 BTC. Which makes me think that it is rather unrealistic that Wall street are manipulating market with fund which are bigger than 12 000 BTC in order to profit from futures contracts worth 12 000 BTC.

Off course there could be some mechanisms which i am not aware of in WallStreet , for example what is the maximum profit from one contract.. is it the same as profit from 1 btc or is it levreged..

This is the best thing that we can do to have some insight of when the price falls again by just reading the chart of a specific token. No one knows when is the correction to happen just monitor your holdings and always buy at dump price but don’t ever panic.

Well if it is true things like this are happening , which i think are very likely. A lot of people daytrading from their homes will be crushed by bankers and hedgefunds. Once they bring their kind of money in it will change a lot in the market i think.

Yes there is always a risks in crypto and since market is going up and down we couldnt tell when is the next time the next correction. Maybe it will happen anytime that price could go down again and I think it will go up the usual happen in btc market. So, it is been said that invest on what you can risks.

It's not possible to predict, but definetely we will have some more corrections this year

Yes this is true no can announce these type announcement in crypto currencies so the decision is your self if you comfortable with that you can definitely make an investment .

Next correction would happen really soon i also sold most of my coins because of intense amount of profit and the market still seems really weak it looks like we get a chance to rebuy again if it breaks resistance point it might sky rocket as of now there is no way

Well if you were experienced and it’s a fact for multiple years in a row a correction has occured around the second week of january i think you could make big money by selling first week of january. Ofcourse you will never know but next january i will probably sell if i have a nice profit. So i don’t get your sarcasm to be honest. I think some experienced whales got their profit because they knew big chance the correction would be in january. Nothing to do with the fud about Korea etc.

And i get maybe there are no months the rest of the year were there is usually a correction, but january certainly is!

Markets are unpredictable and irrational and trying to time then by using a month as a correction month is silly. You gotta pay attention to more than that including the players in the market and especially the whales.

Bitcoin had five 25 - 40% corrections in 2017 itself. Other altcoins will follow their own patterns.
Every big rally will be followed by a correction but there is nothing to be scared of. If one
hodls good coins, over long-term those will be much higher. Even after so many corrections, bitcoin is
still over 10 times higher from last January.
