Goodbye, Z.
I am not complaining, I am asking when your post to be in substance in nature... The crap.... You see right away in the glance if the Topic is low-quality, why not close it at once so that replies will not be entertained right away... You don't have to read all the replies.  Just the-the title thread itself will determine whether it is a low-quality topic. You don't have to read all the replies....
The answer can be found in the two posts above yours (and one of them you even quoted).
This is a case where you have to read all the replies, else you keep asking for things that have already been explained to you several times.

I will do wonder for YOU!!!
a TITLE THREAD or TOPIC should have been deleted if at the first place
The mods are doing their best right now.  Topics aren't deleted at light speed, so it's
a crapshoot if you post in a topic that later gets deleted.  What are you complaining about?

Everyone here is so worried about their post count, and they shouldn't be.  Ever heard of just
posting to contribute something useful?  This is a discussion forum where there's no discussion.
Very few people read and even fewer respond to anything other than a thread's OP.

Because moderation of this forum heavily relies on reports made by users, due to the amount of posts made every day.
Moderators can't read every reply in every thread, thus they handle reports made by users and look at those things that are brought to their attention.

If a topic that shouldn't be on this forum in the first place stays up for a long time, it's probably because nobody has reported it so far.
On top of that, not every moderator can handle every report, and things might take a little longer based on these factors.

I was really upset these past days because of deductions to my POST counts.  The Moderator has posted that if your reply or post lack substance then it should be deducted to your counts.  But when can one say that the thread title or reply Substantial?  I keep asking this to myself because a TITLE THREAD or TOPIC should have been deleted if at the first place lacks substance or I should say Low-Quality Topics.  I am a bit disturb of how topics were started at the first place.  Moderators should have called the attention or closed it at once if they evaluated the topic to be low-quality.  What I am pointing out is why they allowed such low-quality topic to stay in the thread and also allowed replies to it.   I myself, am a moderator also.  And we closed topics right away if it is considered to be of low-quality.

Anyone, what do you think of this.
