One way to stay on learning to the end when stuck or stagnant at a point, should be to divert attention to another interest.
You are Wright when you said if someone is Stuck or stagnant that he/she should divert attention. As a matter of fact, that is what has been helping me out for quit sometim now. Most times when am on this forum and I want to make a contribution, I get stuck and don't know what to even say anymore, what I then do is to divert my attention or even make use of the Google search engine to make a research about what am discussing, it will navigate me to what I needed to know. then coming back to the forum, I come with more knowledge about what am discussing. So you are truly accurate about your observations.

This topic made sense to me as at the time of writing this and I want to use it to encourage and uplift anyone here who is feeling stuck while learning a new skill or has lost the zeal to continue, please reinvent to refire.

One way to stay on learning to the end when stuck or stagnant at a point, should be to divert attention to another interest. Let's say a newbie without any clue as to how this place converses or how cryptocurrencies or the decentralized network operates, may have to experience a hard time learning the new terms and learning from the wisdom of those who have succeeded. If after sometime one gets stuck and can't even make a sense of the whole thing, perhaps it would be time to learn something else, just to stimulate the brains concentration power and ability.

Later if you go back to the first thing you were learning, you would notice how easy it was all the while, but you just couldn't concentrate then. This new Neuro pathways will have been formed, new level of understanding and comprehension will be formed and that's how growth is noticed and revealed.

Never quit. When learning stops or you get stuck or stagnant on an idea, divert interest to learn something else for a while, and then revisit the initial subject of interest for learning completion. That's geniuses are made.

What do you think? Was this helpful?

Well of a Truth the topic is deeply encouraging but aspects to learning ends is impossible. Learning ends in grave, nothing is too hard to learn it all depends on one interest to do so. Anything one put determination in place can be achieved, but also good when you felt stuck to try another means until you find solutions to the issue restricting you and the can only be if you show interest to conquer the situation by visiting the issue again.

I do not believe that learning stops; either you are pursuing a career in education, medicine, law, engineering, crypto currency, digital marketing, comedy etc; irrespective of your field; LEARNING never stops; even in our day to day activities. This coined the word "we learn everyday"

What stops is your passion in a respective field; so instead of diverting your attention to different areas when a particular niche bores you, i would advise that as an individual, you need to find and figure out what works for you. When you figure out what works for you; you will have no troubles learning, mastering and improving on it.

BTW: i am someone who believes that everything is easy; if we want it, we can to achieve it.
My piece.

You are right learning never stops. And if we pursue what we like and suit us, then it will be easier to learn it.
What we need to understand that it is on ours that will make us succeed everything is available now and we can even pursue everything we wanted with the help of internet and other options.
but people wanted to quit anyway so that made things harder for everyone .
I am a fighter and I will do everything just to make things possible for my side.

I was digging to what the title stands as I read it but after checking the thread yeah it is a
helpful argument and given those messages from your post Maybe there is a something many can learn from this one.

"NEVER QUIT" that isn a strong word because most of us are quitters . we cannot stand
losing and decide to end our venture by surrendering .

I thought that I am reading some reviews website/article with that last question about if it's being helpful.  Grin

Yeah, it's helpful and one has to quit only when he had done everything and his best and nothing seems to happen. Learning will be there no matter how we avoid it at most times.

We learn with so many things in life, everywhere we go so even if you want to quit, you just can't because they'll keep coming.

The world has so much to teach us , it is just we who denied those chances mate because there are open open minded people that let their understanding increase while others stops on the spot.

I tend to disagree mate , there are  sometimes happen that we need to quit to give way to another chances in life , not everything deserves us so if you think that there is no way that instance to favor you then why not open your door to another means?

Learning doesn't stop as it's a continues process.

Rather if you're having tussles in learning maybe as a case of your past which is weighing you down, you've to be determined to fight out the traumas and the awkwardness hindering your learning (new ideas) if not you'd cease to learn.

You advances your learns and learning new ideas only when you're willing to >>>

1) Unlearn to learn and
2) Learning to unlearn

Adapt to a willingness learning skills even if it demands starting your learning from a zero level.
Be willing to erase your pasts so that you don't argue with your learning  processes.

Abolish the thoughts of knowing it best and better than every other person's or being contented with the limited/length you've learnt.
Don't be ignorant to learn further/new ideas at where you feels they're unnecessary for no knowledge is a waste.

I think what OP means is not that you should abandon the whole thing if you get stuck. But take a break from it and learn other things that surrounds it first then you come back to it again and probably it would be a lot easier. Example is the technical side of bitcoin, there are many that actually find it hard to have a grasp of it once they get into the space. So they end up settling for how to buy, sell and safeguard their funds. And as they continue they grow in knowledge and then some terminologies stick to them which is later a pathway that makes their ability easier. So going back to the technical part might seems easier than the first time because they would have had some knowledge of it.
I did not realized the OP wanted to said that. Because according to the OP's post he said the following and i even bolded his few words for better understanding.
This topic made sense to me as at the time of writing this and I want to use it to encourage and uplift anyone here who is feeling stuck while learning a new skill or has lost the zeal to continue, please reinvent to refire.

I am not saying you are wrong, i am saying maybe i might have interpret the meaning of op's post wrong but his words were saying to me to change and diverge the interest when you or anyone stuck in any phase during learning something. So that your mind keeps working and would not frustrate from making the efforts and also remained progressive not a stagnant one. I have seen many stagnant minds, so i thought thats what the op was saying.

I obviously agreed with your point too and i have noted it too. As, i also said the same in my reply that whenever i stuck at some point i tried to learn that term, make efforts to get answer of that particular problem i am facing.

Quitting is not an option in this life when things are not going well, so we should keep working hard. Nobody is really born with it all in this life, I will never forget the day I lose my job and thought my time in this world was over. When I realized it wasn't the end of the world, I kept looking for work and didn't give up. I also asked many of my friends what they did for a living, and one of them introduced me to bitcoin, which has given me a fresh start on life, so there is never a good time to stop learning in this life because we always learn something new every day. We should never stop studying to keep the good things in our lives from disappearing.

Well, some people have all the time to have learned but will not give that attention, or probably what they expect is not what they are seeing. What more can you expect when you log onto a Bitcoin discussion board? This is the best forum when it comes to discussing crypto currency and Blockchain technology at large, and the cool part of the community is that you don't need to create an account to learn anything; you can read through any thread and learn about whatever discussion you feel interested in. The only thing is that you cannot comment. In times of learning anything, the reason for not grasping anything is still our lack of concentration, as you mentioned.

At first when I saw the thread, it got me wondering just how learning could stop! That was my interest but, the thread took a different root and I got to understand your context.

Well, learning can’t actually stop, it goes all through life and applies to varying fields but then, you could get stuck at some point. That doesn’t mean you stopped learning and for sure, diverting interest for a means of relaxing the brain is a good technique. It would aid to stimulate certain nerves in a different direction and aid you in viewing things from a different perspective that might prove useful. The mirage of trying to force understanding would be clear and you’ll be good.

Learning isn’t something you force and in most cases, it gets easier to comprehend when you’re familiar with the terms. Don’t assume, always search out the terms and get the meanings of each sentence.

what you say is true, everyone must have experienced and felt stuck at one point during the process of learning cryptocurrency or when learning something, and everyone will have a different way of solving the problem.
in my opinion, if we push too hard and force our minds to understand and learn something, it's not good because if we force it our minds and bodies will get tired and we will definitely feel very bored.
when our thoughts and moods are not good then we definitely cannot think, cannot digest any understanding and cannot concentrate, if we feel stuck like that then we have to stop our activities or study for a moment so we don't get too bored with it and to give it time to clear our minds and restore our mood first by diverting activities that can refresh our thoughts and feelings according to our habits and what we like.

Because that's what a stagnant mind do, always try to run away from the problems and to find it's solutions. For example, when I am learning a new skills or a new topic and I am stuck at one point, I do not left the topic there I simply search it more. Even if I stuck at a specific word, so instead of leaving it I search it on GPT and ask it to teach me in a way that I am newbie and I also do not have a basic knowledge. And boom the point where I was stuck is no more my problem now.

I think what OP means is not that you should abandon the whole thing if you get stuck. The learning stage of anything is never rosy or as easy as one may think. Be it learning a skill or acquiring a classroom education from any field, it demands a lot of discipline to be able to go through the process of building a new knowledge.

One underestimated ways to keep on to anything we're learning out of is to always picture the brighter side of what you would achieve in the future giving that you keep up with the learning process. Doing a thing becomes easier when a purpose is attached to it, this mentality makes the process easy and stress-free.

Dear OP, your strategy is also efficient. Because I have used it a lot but what I think is it is not a good idea to shift your attentions to another topic, skill or hobby. Because you have already said that, we should not become a stagnant one instead we should make a progressive mind. So when you said one stuck in a situation and then he should convert his attentions to another topic. Is it not being stagnant.

Because that's what a stagnant mind do, always try to run away from the problems and to find it's solutions. For example, when I am learning a new skills or a new topic and I am stuck at one point, I do not left the topic there I simply search it more. I don't think diverting attention to the problem will ever be helpful.  We know that when we said stuck, it means there is unsolvable issue on the topic.  If we divert our attention, it will only help us to ease the tension but it never help us solve the reason why we are stuck.  Taking a break is good but removing the interest and pointing it to something else won't help.   I think we should put more effort in analyzing where is the choke point and clear it first after we are done having a break.  Abandoning the process and diverting to another will only waste the effort and will only put us back in the beginning.  They say, strike when the iron is hot, so diverting attention will only makes the iron cold and harder to mold.

I loves the idea and I do agree that it is helpful when you stuck at any point. You should take a break and do something that would amuse you or take away all the stress in your mind. So that we could think straight. It's like a missing piece in the puzzle and by keep staring the puzzle we cannot find that missing piece we have to take break and observe the problem from all angles.

Same technique is used in learning something new. I also agree that, after taking a break, the same problem becomes an easy take. That's because our brain is now have no stress and we are good to use it in full form. I also do the same when I have to prepare for my exams. I after learning some new topics, try to diverge my attentions from the books so that I could refresh myself a little.

We should develop a progressive mind not a stagnant one. But I have observed the difference of become stagnant in stead of progressive is small. Because, we both said, a break is necessary but it is also necessary to take a healthy break like not doing something entirely new as you said because what if that new thing you just started is also difficult then before ones. So, try to do something which is healthy or one of your hobbies.

Yeah it's a helpful tip for those who want to learn, there is a difference between this and giving up because you can't solve something or you can't find a path through it, it's fine to take a break and later go back into the stuff, knowledge is like an endless ocean, the more you don't quit the more things become more clearer to you.

It's a shame that many people stay away from anything they can't easily figure out, they don't want to learn and for someone to continue learning something even when they don't get it yet means that person have determination, nonstop learning starts from been determined.

I believe that learning is a better word than been smart, because if you are the smartest in your city there is always another that's more smarter than you, knowledge is

LEARNING A NEW skill is good as having multiple skills boost your credibility and offer you better opportunities to work. Consider a person in a domain who is specific on a particular skill but suddenly he lost his working platform it will be hard for him to hire himself again in the same position if he owns some other skills it can be helpful. At the same time, I would say you should focus on the other skills relevant to taste and your domain if try to change your domain it would be non-efficient and costly for your career. Because learning a new skill is easy but shifting the domain for a skill is not a piece of cake, it's like jumping to space without any proper research results an being dangerous haha.

But as OP said learning never ends and its a fact from the start of life to death we always learn something from elders, our teachers, our students, and even children for the rest fo our education society is enough haha it teaches you how to survive even in cruel times.

The theory of the Learning Curves is not new and one it would be interesting to learn a little bit about it before talking about this topic.

The classical view about the learning process defines a period when people learn very fast and can experience what is called the knowledge illusion (I think that many users here, including me, fall there) but the more they know the more difficult is for them to continue learning, until they reach the plateau of their true personal learning limits:

I appreciate OP's idea, it works like charm and very effective in building brain power. A student that doesn't perform well in school, can dropout of school and learn a new skill, writing, coding, or design etc. When, in a year, that student resumes school,  he will outperform his expectations and that of others about him. I agree with you, if a skill is hard for the brain to comprehend at all, the person can pause it, and practice what his brain is capable of learning. Once he begins to master his new skill, It'll create the self trust and confidence that he can achieve something and anything they focus on doing. Everybody is not the same, we all learn differently.

I don't think it is helpful but I agree with you that when someone is stuck at what they are learning at that time is that they shouldn't surrender but it would be much better if they stay learning what they are learning at that time even though they are stuck but there's a way that it wi continue which is to ask someone who has already learned it. When I started here in the forum, there are things that I don't know but I didn't stop instead I ask for guide from others and what I should have done. As you can see, I achieved what I have right now and ranked up.

What do you think? Was this helpful?

I haven't thought much about it, but I think feeling stuck or losing motivation while learning a new skill or achieving a goal is a common experience for many people. And I think you're right to suggest trying something new in order to reignite the passion.

Exploring other things can indeed be good when faced with a mental block while learning something new, and I have experienced that myself more than once. But I guess everyone's experience is different. Some may find it helpful to shift their focus to something completely unrelated, allowing their minds to refresh. On the other hand, some may prefer to dive deeper into the problem, persistently seeking a solution until it is found. Regardless of the method chosen, I believe it's important to take occasional breaks, give your brain some rest, and engage in physical activities or relaxing. These moments of relaxation can recharge your mental energy and provide a fresh perspective when you return to your learning or problem-solving tasks.

I believe that learning never ends; no matter how stuck our thoughts get, we strategize and look for ways to understand what we want to learn.

Although your suggestion is correct, at some points in learning, if you stop understanding, you will need some rest by diverting your attention into something completely different from what you are learning in order to get some brain reset to continue from where we stopped.

Some people are geniuses and can absorb virtually everything at once; these people do not require extra rest before comprehending whatever they wish to comprehend.

When I was in a Bad Mood it was very difficult to understand something I wanted to learn, I was once in a Bad Mood situation when I wanted to do my daily tasks in the forum. Bad mood can have a freezing effect on the brain, I mean when I'm in a bad mood it's very difficult for me to understand something I've read. This situation needs to refresh the mood by doing things that can give peace, I prefer listening to classical music or watching comedy films to reset the atmosphere. I'll be back when things get better and I can fully concentrate on completing my daily tasks on the forum.

The point is that everyone must have consistency in developing themselves, both in forums and outside. When you get stuck in boredom somewhere and try to divert your interest elsewhere it doesn't necessarily improve, but all you need to do is stop for a moment and do something else to stimulate your initial interest. Everyone has a way of killing boredom and talking on forums may only include self-development stages in discussion skills.

When you are bored stop for a moment and don't force yourself to engage in endless discussions. It's easier to learn something light according to our interests because when you force yourself to learn a lot of things that's where boredom will arise. Reading will provide broad insights and this is where the key to success in enhancing self-development.

I don't rule out that it may be useful to someone. For me, these are obvious things.

On my own behalf, I can add that in the process of any learning (new information) it is more productive to alternate training with physical activity (any). Even if it's just walking. But in general, switching from I can add that in the process of any learning one information to another in order to get distracted is quite a working scheme. This allows you not to get hung up and stop getting stuck on one topic that arises with prolonged concentration. Simply put, it is impossible to study continuously and pauses are necessary. Such as rest or change of activity. This works not only when learning new information related to bitcoin or cryptocurrencies, but in general with any.

There is no end to learning or there is no age to learn. As long as you live in the world, you will constantly learn something new from the world. If you think my education is over then you are wrong because at every stage of real life you will face new experiences which will teach you a lot. By education, we mean a certain degree which completes our educational qualifications but if we want to continue in real life, we cannot go according to any degree. Cryptocurrency is no different if you think you know enough about
Cryptocurrencies, but I will tell you that you have a lot more to know than that. Education is something you can learn from anyone younger or older than you. You may not know a thing but you will find that someone younger than you is quite experienced about that thing. That is, there is no end to learning for everyone, big or small.

It's a good piece. The thing's that learning is a continuous process and when stuck or experience a block in terms of reading or writing, the ability to divert your interest to be able to get a form of booster to get you back is another form of learning.

It also take one who's determined to apply a diversionary method because someone who likes to procrastinate or easily gives up on something will find it difficult to achieve that feat.

One of these two things must be responsible for anyone's entry to this forum – It's either they came here with a genuine interest and passion to learn or a passion to earn a living. Whichever of these two, the person coming here would still end up learning, otherwise they will remain stagnated. Those who head straight to bounties upon registering and indulging in social media tasks will still be learning too from the different engagements they get into and their interactions on other sites.

Talking about people ceasing to learn, they say that's the day they will stop to exist or die. There's something about the human mind that makes individuals appear stagnant if they don't task their brains in learning new stuff. We all know how different tech used to be three decades ago compared to what it's today. This is the same thing that happens to the human mind that stops learning.
I do have the same view as you, learning never stops, every day presents a new opportunity to learn new things willingly or unwillingly, directly or indirectly we learn. But people can stop learning skills and as time goes on they become dumb about trends or outdated people. but generally, in terms of learning things, there must be something one would learn each day of his/her life you haven't known before because no one knows it all.
And the only person that stops learning is a dead person.

I agree with what you have said. There are different techniques for learning any new things. Some are well known while some are hybrids that have been developed from personal experience. We all have the one that works for us.

From personal experience, the best way I learn is through a compact method. If  I were to learn about Bitcoin, I would start with the introduction and pick one aspect of Bitcoin that I feel I have the closest knowledge in. Then when it comes time, I found that I assimilate better when I study in the early hours of the day before when my mind is at rest before my body, soul and mind gets occupied with the world's problems. This is my own method. It works perfectly for me.

Yes, and that's a good motivation and must be repeated, and if it is related to the world of trading, regardless of the type of coin/token, in my opinion, I don't think we have heard of anyone who has entered the market in the near future, immediately made big profits. There must be a loss too. and as you said revisit the subject. Btw, To stop there must be, There is a time to stop and you can feel the code. Yes. when the body starts to get tired you need to rest so that the process of scanning a tired body can return to normal.

Have you not thought hard about the saying "Learning never ends"? This saying is applicable to every aspect of life, whether academic, ways of life, finance, etc., in whatever we find ourselves doing today. As we keep on growing, that's how we will keep on learning and discovering new things (new innovations, new ideas). To me, I believe it's only the dead who have no room for knowledge expansion; as long as we are all living, we keep on learning.

What do you think? Was this helpful?

Yea, it will be for some people who need motivation to keep on pushing in whatever they are doing. It's just a reminder to me of how I was finding it difficult to find myself around the forum in the beginning, but consistency brought me this far, and I will never allow my fear to stop me from achieving something. Anyone who is determined enough can do it; the only sacrifice that's required is time to learn and to take correction when they find out they have made a mistake.

For me not really although I agree with what you say. For me, learning will stop at death, not only about cryptocurrencies, I mean, but in general. Another thing is the intensity. Many topics, such as those related to Bitcoin can be difficult to understand at first but if you are willing to learn, with time and habit you always end up knowing more. Although age is a handicap in certain aspects. For example, if you start learning a language, playing an instrument or programming when you are over 50 you will have a hard time reaching a proficient level, but you can always learn.

A very interesting question actually.
Many older members are often irritated when newbies often ask the same questions about merits, opportunities to earn on the forum, how to advance on the forum, what is bitcoin etc.
I understand that for some newbies, the Internet forum is a new way of communication and that they do not know how to find certain information, and the reactions of the forum community can discourage them.
Some people learn new things easier and faster, while others need more time and effort.
It is important not to rush, take enough time to learn, be patient and use different ways of learning about new things like youtube videos, social networks etc.
Sometimes it's good to take a break from too much new information and focus on something else.

Learning is not what comes on a platter of gold, we work towards it and gives all the necessary demands it requires, but how many people are truly ready to pay the required sacrifice that comes throughout the process of learning, being a newbie here on the forum, there are things that are expected of you to start with and learning is the first procedures because you have to get used to the rules, know about bitcoin, understand how the forum operates and learn to have tolerance because you will be coming across diverse people from all over the world.

One way to stay on learning to the end when stuck or stagnant at a point, should be to divert attention to another interest.

Though we cannot conclude that every newbies that aren't active on the forum are stagnant about learning because they have different purpose of coming to the forum, some only register to help them have access to making a post in other to receive a response they needed an answer to and left after then, while some will find it worth interesting to stay in and continue to learn.

My piece.
