This is something that we know to be fact, but in my country I don't think there's any positive economic news to report. Even if there was any positive news to report it would be so insignificant compared to the negative news, but take the little wins, right?

The government controls most, if not all the big news media companies, so every positive economic update done by the government would be reported immediately and even exaggerated. This will only deceive the people to believe the government is working when in reality, they're doing nothing.

We woke up one morning  to hear that unemployment rate has dropped to 4%. from over 20%. And this was reported on every news channel and every news paper. It was all over social media. It was a case of telling a lie till it becomes the truth. But in reality, unemployment rate is way over 20%.

This is true. They get more traffic from the chaos. A country that's in peace is not news, but a country that's at war is on everybody's lips.
And that is why the headlines are more dramatic than the actual story.
That is not to say that the economy is not filled with negative facts but the new media mainly reports the negative.

Also positive economic news will be credited to the government and the opposition party are usually so upset with the government they would not want to associate them with anything positive in the economy while the rulling party will want to take credit for every positive thing and point fingers at others for the negative news.

Well there's certainly a reason why we don't come across positive economic news all that often, and that's because sadly drama sells!  News outlets know that the more dramatic they make headlines, that more people will be enticed to read it.

 I've certainly seen positive economic news of late..lower inflation, better job reports etc.  But, again, still plenty of negative economic data out there but justifiable and not.

It's sad how things are gradually going from bad to worse as the day goes by and it's almost as though we don't have any solution to our problems. The price of things is increasing at a very alarming rate yet, most of the salary earners have not witnessed an increase in salary for a long time I can remember. Are we to talk about the global security condition that has become so bad that the only news you now see on CNN and Aljazeera is always war! War! War!.

There is a good deal of positive news about the economy... in specialized economic news outlets, the general public perception about the economy is "always is bad for me" and this public likes to see their bias confirmed in the news, Carlyle's definition as "the dismal science" is the right one in the common people's mind

The world economy is stabilizing, at least the one that positively affects the overall picture in the world - the US, EU, other developed countries.
Gas economic terrorism did not work - EU finally came to diversification of supplies and abandoning "strange" dependencies ... The attempt of economic terror against the whole world, through an attempt to blow up the oil market - also failed.
The crypto market is growing, and there are assumptions on further acceptance of cryptocurrencies as a full-fledged player in the real market.

In a word, don't read only bad news, you should look for good news and you will see it !

This is so true, LOL, this is what happened with my government, they only post good news tho it's not a blatant lie, but they are using a confusing narrative to deceive people. Most of younger generation in here already know how to compare the news with the news from press, but some people still blatantly believe the government, without any check and compare.

You have a point, however the average citizen is becoming more skeptical of whatever claims governments make and this is not really that surprising, after all when you see that everything around you is becoming more expensive and your salary remains the same then who is going to believe their government when they say that everything is OK? No one, so people are more inclined to believe what the media says about the government than the government itself, and this is deservedly so.

Mostly when the people got into the depression and also they fight for their leaders and even they don't know their leaders more than the news and their social media handles explains to them is completely changed. Most of them in which young generation has a great percentage they didn't even have information about their leaders and what they see on these social media's they tend to explain and they also wants others to take care of their talk and they also wants them to be like their leaders which may be politics or any other kind of.

So, these things should be watches but not all the time, it should be given some specific time because watching it all the times created and puts an impact on a person mental health also which is always dangerous to the health of each individual.

Go to official news channel of the government to find great news about the economy since they are the only one that post positive news about the economy while the rest of the news outlet always find a way to nitpick a news against the government. 

But in global news. It’s really hard to find one now that everyone is now suffering with inflation.

You gave good advice. While many people are dealing with difficulties in their lives, there is no need to watch the negativity in the news and become even more negative. The news shows one negative situation after another in many parts of the world. Watching these over and over again is not a good thing.

I'm not saying you shouldn't watch the news completely, but still, taking time for yourself is more important than many things. A person's mental health is important for both himself and his environment.

In fact, you are right, there is less and less positive news in the world, and you want to go back to childhood, when you are not interested in news))) maybe with age you become more interested in economic news and this is our problem, we probably need not to get hung up and move on with our lives.  After all, we can’t influence this in any way.

What I've generally found is that some people can get sucked into a perpetual news cycle, which is often slightly more weighted to bad news than it is to good news. This can lead to a distorted and ever growing unbalanced intake of information, that can put you in a sort of pessimistic mood and you can project that mentality on to all things in your life. However there is plenty of good things happening each and every day, which maybe don't get the same level of coverage. Current events can often also be shocking, imagine an earthquake somewhere - that's huge news if a big city is devastated and that can lead to a lot of upheaval to those affected, but smaller news stories will get drowned out of coverage during such a time period. One suggestion: Read less news, as it is a business after all and most of these organizations are hunting a profit.

I know what you mean, but unfortunately we can't run away from the politics, the technological influences happening around the world, the social influences which seem to affect other countries not only where one is from... Things such as the Ukraine Russia war has affected many countries as the way we do trade has been negatively affected, Oil/gas prices have gone up affecting food prices and everything else...

Tbh the hunger for power by many of our leaders does affect our economies as trade agreements are being broken or made and this will take some years to repair and get back to normal otherwise if you are a religious person you need to pray for a miracle for things to get better.

You answered your question. People love tragedies; they are happy to film an accident. Instead of quickly helping someone who is in trouble, for what? For the sake of likes, I have no intention of watching something like this, especially not to increase the ratings of videos. You don't have to believe everything that populates your content on the Internet. Maybe this looks like a fence from everything negative, but yes, I’d rather be out of the drama than think about the bad things that pour in on us from TV and social networks. There are many things and news that bring sincere pleasure: children, music, charity—you know what you look at with pleasure.

Anyone who takes a good analysis of what's happening in the world today will understand that the world is not moving in the right direction. Many things are wrong with the economy of the world and the worse part of it is that there's no sign of betterment anywhere.

The population of bad people has outnumbered that of the good people, such that the fee good ones are turning bad every day. We have little or nothing to do about this because even posterity is infected by the disease of the present.

Politically, things have fallen apart and then region which was supposed to play the role of morality is totally contaminated. This is worse in some certain African countries. The world is terrible. No one is safe and even the rich and the elite group.

The service sector has been in retraction but essential industry like agriculture and commodities has been surprisingly durable.  These are sectors which are more important really, retail suffering is an impact on jobs but can also easily rebound as well.   Longer term investment required for mining farming and many export industries are a primary sector still important to a balanced economy in most countries, this is most important to protect and maintain momentum in.
    I would call that positive though it might be a less bright point to make, sales of heavy good vehicles, earth moving equipment is still good and in demand also one of the few companies maintaining vs inflation are these companies hence diversity is a strength in an economy.

With this current state of the world and people sitting in top government positions, I guess it is too hard to have at least good economic news, last that I read good news is the post-covid condition which has now a cure at least and people can now back to their normal lives and that's all after this condition and restriction the world backs to the current world before the pandemic happens. If there's any news will comes up sure its just a temporary like the price of gas just a small dump of rollback but after few days or weeks you'll see a price hike again. But well its good too if the news cooperative giving all of the news even its negative to make feed people about the current situation and not just manipulate people.

There are of course, good news. It's just that negative news linger longer in the memory than good news and that's why it seems like we are more flooded with bad news than the good ones. Again, bad news is promoted more by bloggers and content creators because they drive more traffic to their sites than good news.

How does one do that, knowing that news just hit us in our living rooms or space without soliciting our permission? We aren't talking of social media here where we select what sites to visit or not, are we? I mean, one can be watching Bloomberg and be enjoying its content and bang, out from nowhere it flashes breaking news on some FUD on Bitcoin dumping or some whales getting hacked wallet wise or to death or something else like that. You get my drift?

... especially, if those people are from countries where the political landscape has been messed up with brazen and shameless corruption like ours. Honestly, I can't remember when I watched TV too. It's tiring to watch or listen to news and get to constantly hear of several funds always being awarded to various projects and you instinctively realize or dismissively conclude that it's just a way of government settling its loyalists and not that the funds will be for any form of true infrastructural development. It's often "money for the boys."

Even though it is still unlikely for every country to be able to overcome problems such as inflation, which always occurs almost every year, the authorities and top officials of every country also never stop trying to overcome this for good. Indeed, this is not easy to overcome, but when there are many parties who are willing to be involved in resolving this in the right way, I think every country will not face excessive difficulties because of inflation, although there is still little chance of eliminating it completely.

Sometimes the country that has the debt is a country that is trying to develop important sectors within its country so no one can deny this. But a country that has more unemployed people and is also experiencing a recession in the economic sector will make it quite difficult for that country to progress and develop as they wish. There are positive news happening, but we are so used to them as being the norms and we don't put much attention on them as the ones we heard with negative vibes, full of tragedy, fraud, disasters and other captivating highlights on bad incidence, so this is why we found out that the news itself is what some don't really listen to like that too much because it's also very keen to airing the bad or negative occurences about life and the economy than the good things happening, we are also not too concerned about hearing this kind of goodnews because we think they are not new nor it first kind, but when a tragic one occurs, everyone got moved and stired and it becomes the talk of the town.

Don't watch on live television but watch on replays that they have mostly on their websites or YouTube channels. Skip the ugly news about economies or even the crime news.
Then, when you're able to skip them just listen to the good news that shares good vibes as well. Protect your peace and mental health by listening to the positive news.
I know it is important to listen to the bad news as well but, give yourself a rest too by not listening to them and simply skipping on those.

There is positive news just that you aren't current enough to have come across them and you have already sticked your heart to irregularities that is happening around the world especially the inflation ravaging all over the countries coupled with death news surrending people. So it's very hard for you to get those positive news coming around you, most of the try to listen 7:00 am news you would have some good news over there, although naturally there is a financial crisis across the globe which everyone knows about and the best is to remain positive.

It's true, the number of negative news are getting much more this year and it's hard to find positive news. What surprises me is that most of the international stock indexes are doing pretty well compared to the economic outlook. So, it's either the majority of investors that are way too optimistic for the current situation or the news are focusing on negative news much stronger. There are some positive news I keep hearing over the last few months. The first one is that inflation is falling and should come down to more normal levels next year, which means that further interest rate increases seem unlikely and there will be less pressure on the high debt countries. Another good news is that the job market is relatively strong after all these crisis we had in the last 5 years. As long as the unemployment rate remains low the economic outlook shouldn't be too bad and serious recessions should be avoided.

After reading this topic for a moment, I thought about remembering every news I read and saw in the last week or this month. And it seems that I have come to the conclusion that in that period of time I have not or have not read enough positive news regarding economic problems in my country, of course. In fact, what I read is that the number of factories closing in my area is increasing. It's pretty scary now that I look back on it. But luckily I'm not someone who focuses only on news or anything like that. I prefer to focus on my own life and on my own profession. Luckily I have more positive things in my life and work. Even though the current economic conditions may not be very good. But at least my family and I are in pretty good condition.

and actually I personally have also reduced reading news and watching news on television or on the internet. Especially if it is related to economics, the content of the news is continuously repeated but news related to the solution is very rarely found. So I prefer to ignore it and focus on my field of work. As a trader, I focus my search for information only on things related to my work. So I can be more focused on my work and still be able to produce normally. Because in my opinion, if we focus too much on the news that never stops, we will lose focus on ourselves and this will cause us to experience a decrease in productivity and creativity in our lives. So in a difficult economic situation. focusing more on self-improvement is actually much more beneficial.

I also thought as much. The more the world is growing the more people encounter problem. I have no doubt about that because the more technology advancement the more danger ahead. Everything that has advantage also has disadvantages. Just like we often hear about plane crash, Cyber criminal hacked account or defruading people online, nuclear war nuclear weapons and other related technology crimes. We often hear about different bad news on daily basis in my country you will hear complain of missing penis, cyber criminal killing innocent girls for ritual, kidnapping and demanding for randsom, brutal killing of innocent people by fulani heads men, political tussle and bad governance. On daily basis we have been hearing this and it is not encouraging but what can a common man do when the corrupt government officials are no willing to make any positive changes.

If you find news that conveys the opposite but in reality it is not like that, of course it is a lie, so let them report what they want to report and we can choose not to watch it to remain optimistic, and so far I have never heard or watched the news that said otherwise, because that's what's happening all over the world right now, many countries are experiencing high inflation and if you're disturbed by the news then watch other broadcasts that can put something positive in your mind because actually in the world's increasingly difficult conditions there are still people who succeed in making their economies better.

right? its about creating controversy to steal the attention, i've saw some good news but i'd just forget it the next minute, while some grim bad news is always thats on my mind, its as if the media is trying to give news thats more relevant and it happens that all of them are bad news that could make us put more attention towards the media.
regardless though the bad news exists so that we can anticipate something bad from truly occurring, if its just all of good news and the media filtering bad news then we'll become ignorant.
I think we all should get used with all these bad news that gonna prominently pops up more frequently that those good news because we are supposed to face bad news and find solution, extensive attention is required.

All the things you mentioned are faced by every country, from unemployment, recession, and especially debt, because no country in the whole world has no debt; instead, everyone has debt, and whoever is recognized as the strongest country is even the one with the biggest debt.

They try to be as current as possible with the ongoing situation and they know people will be very much interested in the news and the analyst will do their best to give people exactly what they want to hear at some point I was getting tired of watching the news not because of anything but the fact that they analysis and come up with a solution that is not used. and they see how developers build houses that people can not afford. and they keep building them.

nothing good is happening but always war and politics. it only boils my blood watching the news. new regulations are being introduced in my country and it can make people hungry like open season on the sea. no positive news for the economy to grow.

idk, ffor over a century of harvesting the ocean in our country which faces the Pacific and is Archipelago with more than 7000 islands, we never had this law before but fisherman now has to live with it. we only have 2 seasons, rainy and sunny. we don't have winter here.  

People are now reluctant to listen to the news or sit to get information's about their country in the TV. I can attest to that. This is because i can't remember the last time i listened to the TV. There is nothing interesting to me or something beneficial i can gain currently watching the TV. In my country information's spread faster than any News station. At that moment something happens you may receive a phone call for warning or advice.

However, people who still dedicate time to watch TV for happenings in their country don't expect to hear any good news. The current inflation has affected almost all countries. Now people are more concerned about in finding a personal solution in surviving the economic situation and so they do not have any time to waste in listening to government promises towards the economy of the country.

I try to be selective about the news I watch because watching the general news is always depressing because of the many negative stories and developments. If I want to find out about a certain information, I search for it and find out the latest about it.

 I think we should generally be careful about the kind of information and news we listen and give attention to, because some of them can uncouple the motivation you have economically that took you time to build.

I mean bad news is the real deal...the media love it, journalists, analysts, researchers, professors all love it because that it the time they shine on national tv. That is the time, they tell the world about an economic theory from the 1800s that predicted the bad economy and how much doom is to follow.

Yeah, there is always good economic even more than the bad ones, but it is the bad ones that gives us an adrenaline rush.


No country is perfect and a healthy nation is one where there is a balance between the good and the bad.

Lolz, there are actually some good economic news from time to time in every country of the world, but the thing is that, such news don't spread as fast as the bad ones, you all will agree with me that, bad news spread so quickly, they spread like wide fire, so it is very understandable why it seems that there are no good economic news any where.

Good economic news comes on, but are quickly buried in the background wit the bad ones.

I personally would say that, some governments in some countries are doing their best really, they make few good economic decisions, but unfortunately for them, the too many bad economic decisions they have made in times past, and even in present times makes the good decision have no positive impact on our economy.

This is what I personally believe is happening, in my country and maybe the world at large.

This is what they say that we shouldn't underestimate little things. And this is what big things have started right? So who knows? Maybe that small positive news that we see is slowly forming into a bigger one?

What happened to your country is one example of a positive news, and I think this wasn't small either. Not only that they can help the environment, but they also help their selves to cut their electrical fees. Covid and the Ukraine war are kind of an old issue and we have already recovered although it may not be in full yet, but we are heading there. Again, this is something that we should be thankful for. And this is an example of a positive news as well.

It can be negative news for most people but there are people who will take it as a positive one. When food prices increase, those who buy food from the local market get worried because they have to pay a higher price than before but those who grow it and the middle man who sells it to consumers are happy because they are making more profit. When people started screaming about a correction in bitcoin I was surprised because the market gave us a chance to accumulate more bitcoin at a cheap price. We should be happy about it, but instead we start screaming and say the time for bitcoin is up.

In a time of recession people started selling their assets for cheap due to their emergency need and I think this is a perfect time to get rich. Buy those assets at a discount price and hold them for few years till the economy gets better. 

I suppose the FED pausing raising rates is positive. We will know a lot more about the health of the economy this time next year but at the moment a soft landing does look possible. The next 12 months are so vital though, if the FED begins to cut rates by mid 2024 then things will look good. Overall it’s been a tough few years though & it might be another couple of years before everything is under control again.

It is really difficult to get positive news for the economy one problem after another. As long as inflation prevails in the economy there will be bad news like this I don't think we'll get GSP back very easily their relations with developing countries and the rate of aid and assistance to them will increase. Overall there will be a positive impact on our business trade investment and bilateral relations. Many people say that if we have relations with China we can take over their market. It would be better to improve ourselves to get rid of this economic impact if their financial ability is good it will be easy to get rid of the economic impact.

In my opinion, news like the one above is something that we cannot avoid as humans who live our lives in various ways, in fact we continue to be presented with war news from countries that are full of interests. all we can do now is work responsibly to improve ourselves and also protect our families from economic difficulties or bad news out there. Even if we don't see bad news like layoffs or other economic difficulties disappear, we should use it as a lesson to be better at living our lives.

I guess it depends what country you live in, but in places like the USA and Europe we are at almost record lows when it comes to unemployment. That is a fantastic situation to be in, as the more people are are employed, the brighter future people have as they can support themselves. In that economic picture there is likely to be less crime like theft or burglary, as people have the ability to earn an honest wage. Inflation is also coming back down in these countries, which was a bit unsettling. These effects are often mirrored by other countries, as it gets better in the richest countries then the poorest countries tend to have an easier time too. Currencies are stabilizing again in most places, as they might have been a bit more volatile over the last few years.

Like they used to say bad news sell very fast and I'll add that it is very profitable and very exciting. Good news on the other hand is boring and less exciting. It doesn't add profit, This is why we see that CNN, BBC, Aljazeera and others will discuss housing scarcity for weeks inviting analyst from university professors all over world. The last time I heard some good economic news was like forever, we are used it and are no longer bothered.

I am a Gen Z and I don't remember if I came to experience any positive economic news either country-wise or internationally. But I do get to see small good economic news like the improving GDP and inflationary rates of Pakistan (where I live), but with good news, the level of bad news is way bigger maybe that's why we come to enjoy this small good news a lot because staying in the dark for longer period of time will fall you in love with a small light coming from a 1 mm hole.

To be honest, not every person gives a shit to the economy or economic news, talking about myself before coming into the crypt sphere I was also not interested in knowing what is the economical status of my country, and what actual economy, GDP, Inflation, Unemployment, etc. etc. are. Matureness is also a factor aided me to know about these terms but the line of crypto made me to read and research about it regularly and daily

If we focus on the news regarding the economic state of a country or globally, we know that the one who made the story would be the one who will benefit if they make news about a piece of negative news to the people cause it will gather an audience and would be having arguments among people, cause what can you say about a good economic status, a good job? I think that's one factor why they focused on the negative.

Also, the government is one of the influences, as they want to manipulate people by giving them a lot of negative to stride for better action to their country as they can contribute more like increasing taxes, so they would be having a reason for such action and changes. There's also a lot of positive news economically, but it doesn't have a big impact as it can be a small-scale factor, so they won't hassle themselves with announcing and reporting it to the news.

In the recent time what we keep getting from the media is war news and possible conflict between countries, the economy of the world in general is gradually crumbling, this so bad that some countries can no longer stand on their own without the aid from other countries, because is either they are facing a kind of sanction that has make their product invaluable in the market, there is grudges everywhere, how can this menace me tackled, something I begin to think that the world will soon end, there is know blessed day we don't hear bad news from the new ranging from natural disasters befalling many countries and war too, with all this investors has started shifting ground looking for alternative means of investment that will impact on their life, in conclusion I have not been in touch with positive economic news recently.  

While the economic situation the world is going through is difficult we must not forget that the media needs views and clicks, and the way to get them is through bad news, so good news go underreported all the time, that being said instead of complaining about this what we need to do is to find solutions that will work for ourselves and our specific circumstances, and many people have found in bitcoin a way to at least reduce the impact that all of those negative news may have on their lives.

Fortunately, I live in a country that is currently experiencing economic growth. And this was proven when my country was capable and resilient in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in the last few years. and of course that is an achievement that deserves to be maintained and continuously improved.

My country is the fourth country with the largest population in the world, and currently my country is faced with a demographic bonus, where most of my country's population will fall into the productive age category. And this demographic bonus will certainly be a good opportunity for a country to be able to advance its economy. Because when the number of productive age population increases, the potential number of the workforce in an economy will also increase. Where workers will participate in economic activities, which will later generate income and participate in moving the wheels of the economy with the expenditure they make. so that this can enable economic growth to increase.
However, this also needs to be accompanied by the availability of sufficient and adequate employment opportunities, and needs to be accompanied by programs and training to improve the abilities of the people, so that my country does not only have a large workforce. but my country also has superior human resources, which are not only able to compete domestically.

You don't have to bother yourself on those news because they have become normal phenomenon. Though it is very bad that there is no good news in the world economy and I still believe that the me day all these bad news will turn to good news. Really as the Op said, I have not come across a news that speaks well about any country economy but the governments of the various countries can do something about their own economy to be good for the citizens to enjoy but they wouldn't not do it because they are part of the oppression group.

Then don't look at these inflationary, recession, debt or company stock's news. Try to watch other news that could give you some calm for example the news of birds, animals, stars, movies, series, games etc. The news type you have stated is related to the finance news section. You must have selected the category of Financial news on the platform or app you are using to watch the news. And if you are using YouTube then you must be watching videos related to finance that's why they must be showing you relevant news to your search or watch history.
Facebook and Google news feed also works in the same manner. If you want to get other news than this, you have to change your taste or change your feed category.
Otherwise, this world is full of good and bad, whether you are talking about people or news. You will find some good news to watch but the behavior of the news being considered as good and bad depends on the person reading it. Some find the destruction of a building good news while others find it bad.

If there are no news of positive economic situation, it means the leaders are doing so well to hide the financial capacity of the country. It makes those who are not within the circle of leadership to work harder, to fulfil their taxes and venture into investments that may better individual lives and give to them independence.

It's been awhile for me really to have heard of a positive news, but in all sincerity if I may, there's hardly anything positive about the news in general these days.

Everybody is feeling the heat of change. Change has caused the world economy to be unstable. I believe that human effort won't be enough to get things stable again.

The system has grown from traditional setting to modern system where AL is used to run industries whose effect is laying off human labour force. The industrial revolution is causing ozone layer depletion with the emission of dangerous gas to the ozone by the big industrial machines.

So I'm not looking at positive economic news but how to better survive in the new economic system and the emergence of new alternatives including the use of cryptocurrency.

It isn't easy to get positive news about the economy or anything else at the moment. Most of the news is about war, disasters or other difficulties.
I don't watch the news too often because there is something added to the news that gives rise to a lot of opinions from the public.
I sometimes read comments from readers in online magazines that sometimes don't make sense. And I think it's more interesting to read than the news
I'd rather watch things about travelling somewhere than things that are too serious.
There may be a time when positive news will appear, so be patient.

It seems that the economy is getting more and more difficult day by day. And from year to year we continue to be faced with quite serious problems and obstacles, so that the economy and trade become slow and unstable.
At the end of 2019 until the beginning of 2023, the economy at that time had quite serious problems, which made the economy very slow. And this year several countries are trying to stabilize their economies, but the economy has not yet shown that trade will return to stability, now they have to face new problems again. Recognizing good trends and projects may create optimism and a more optimistic attitude on the world.

You can decide for yourself what news to listen to, heed, and ignore altogether. In fact, there is a psychological trick to keep people under constant stress. This is beneficial to pharmaceutical organizations, which are constantly selling medicine for depression, as well as to other organizations that do not want to increase the earnings of their workers, since it is more profitable to carry negativity and justify it with a bad economy. But you yourself can filter and carefully check what is presented to you in the news. But for the sake of your well-being and health, limit yourself from negative information.

Negative news gets more attention than good news. Newspapers like using it for headlines to attract more people to the news outlets. But you don't have to bother with this news because you might become paranoid or even depressed. Economic news is my best section because it helps me to plan how to use my finances and could also serve as a platform for business ideas. It matters less to me if a company sacks its CEO, I don't care if Sam Altman was sacked by OpenAI because he is rich and will son get a new job.

I think it is more fearful to visit the political section of world news than economic news. The news of wars, natural disasters, and coups matters more to me than that of business issues. It is now popular to see pictures of death, destruction, and suffering in news headlines globally.

It's hard to get really good news on the economy when big wars have been waged and are ongoing in some parts of the world. Because the economy is related to those countries. Inflation started when Russia and Ukraine first start to war. Globally everything is in recession. The supply of oil decreases and the price increases. This oil affects everything around it. As a result people have to suffer at every level. Moreover, the political situation of the world is not favorable now. Democratic countries are trying to maintain their single supremacy in the name of democracy, as a result of which various types of turmoil are going on in those countries. In other words, the world is going through turmoil right now. Every country has a conflict with some country. We cannot expect good news in this situation. But if the superpowers want peace, if they come forward to stop the war, then peace will prevail in every country and there will be economic development.

Of course there is still good news for the economy, it's just that not many people read it because they don't have the curiosity to find out more. Meanwhile, bad news always creates excessive curiosity and controversy, which makes many people prefer to read it and when someone more often reads bad news via the internet or the device they use to access the internet. Then bad news will appear more often in the device's notifications, making it seem as if there is no more good news happening this year.

Apart from that, the media itself is also very happy to publish bad news because it can attract more people who want to read it so that there is more income for them, especially if there are some people who want to read everything by staying too long on each page. This will be very popular with the media who write the news, even though many people are waiting for good news. So you don't need to worry about that, because every government also has efforts to keep its country's economy running smoothly and developing well even though it takes time to do this.

It's all artificial. Since the beginning of Russia-Ukraine war, everyone, including German media and governments were speculating how German people would freeze in winter and die because of high cold but none of that has happened and no one had the problem of heating. It's all done to artificially increase prices. If I do my job, you do your job, in the end of the day, things work as they are supposed to work but they soar fear to profit from artificially created problems.

Rich gets richer, poor gets poorer, that's how the economy works. When there is a news about increased cost of living, businesses increase prices but decrease salaries or leave them the same by explaining their employees that things are getting expensive and they can't afford increased costs while in reality they use that as an advantage to increase their revenue and wealth.
Usually, mass-media soars fear, panic to artificially increase housing prices or push people to buy or sell something expensively or cheaply.

All is not "Doom and Gloom" my friend, you just need to look for the small things that gets reported to see the light shining through the darkness. In my country we have a energy crisis, but they recently reported that more and more businesses and families are investing in Solar, so that are helping the environment ...because that is "green" and renewable energy.  

We should never forget that we are in a recovery cycle of the world economy, after Covid and the wars in the Ukraine and Israel are dampening the global economy at the moment.

Quiet alright, I know there are reasons why we might not be hearing much good news about economic growth lately since the global economy is currently facing a number of headwinds, including high inflation, geopolitical tensions, and the war around the world. These factors are weighing on growth and making it difficult for economies to expand and besides, many economies are still recovering from the impact of the covid19 pandemic but the media is not interested in broadcasting good news at all since bad news tends to be more attention grabbing and therefore more likely to get viewers or readers.

The world itself that we live in is pretty much a negative place the only time you can hear positive news is when you decide to be positive yourself. The governments/the MFs leading profits from our disheartening situations, they make sure that they create a senerio where they can give order and we must obey this order.
When you see wars, inflation in economy of a country or more it's always in the profit of another country, high economic and tech countries sponsor wars in other countries just to sale out their newly produced weapons in order to increase there own economy etc that's how it this things work and that's one of the major reason we can't get good news from this systems. The good news are swept under the carpet, In a rationale approach our good news/or positive news are a bad/or negative news to other people just as it's said that one mans food is another's poison. What you consider good news is usually a bad news to others.

That's how the clickbait "news market" a.k.a journalism works nowadays. Only bad news are worthy, nobody cares about the good news.
I don't hear any good economic news about my country, but I've heard some good news about the US job market being in a very good shape(despite the higher interest rates and the expectations of a recession).
The news about the EU economy tend to be very negative, but I think that the German economy is very resilient and adaptive and most of the negative news are just hidden propaganda, which is coming from the people, who hate the current "powers that be" in both the EU and Germany.

It is always going to get worse because the world is damn too crowded right now and there aren’t enough supplies to please everyone.

However, just don’t think this applies to everyone. For some people though, everything is fine and will be even better in the future. These people don’t have to go to work. They have great assets which produce income for them. In other words if you have a job, you are working for one of those people.

The majority will always have to be the losers in this game which is almost every employee out there.

You either find a crack in the system and get rich or you can complain for the rest of your life. It is up to you. Even in this broken system people still can get rich. You have to be dedicated about it and that’s all.

It might sound strange to you, but ask yourself, does it make sense to burden yourself with things that you have absolutely no influence on - and some of these things don't really affect you personally?

I understand that it's hard to stand aside and pretend that nothing bad is happening, but the first step towards feeling better is to simply stop looking for bad news and try to create some good news yourself at your local level. If millions of people did the same, then it would have a very positive impact on everything, and even on the economy.

After the Covid-19, the developed countries have tried hard to overcome the economic recession but the developing countries are going to fall into the economic crisis due to the current global situation. I don't know if we will get any good economic news in the current situation. However, one positive aspect is that the price of Bitcoin is increasing. You can see an alternative to your investment by preparing cryptocurrency, but it involves different responsibilities, including the real economy or investment.

The "good" news rarely makes it across the table. You see, news media know that bad negative news about the world sells like hot cakes, its just how the human mind works. Keep yourself balanced with the positives and you will find new vigor to live and create something new, but that does not happen.

 Although it's quite difficult to get good news about the economy these days, I won't say it's being a while I heard me a good news. Take the price of Bitcoin going up for instance. Although in my country, I've gotten used to how bad the economy is suffering that I don't usually listen in on the news since I know it's going to be a repeat of what I know or something worse, so I rather do something else with my time.
 Most countries are being plagued by inflation and news outlets just seem to exacerbate the situation. For me, I won't say they are the cause since they're just doing their jobs.

It's common now a days more than the economical vows what bothers me more is the harsh reality that capitalists keep getting rich and wherein the poora are already been pushed even further into poverty but even the working class or middle clas however you refer them are becoming poor due to inflation, lesser pay, rampant corruption. I would blame capitalism for this mess but our local politicians are no lesser than them. There are good economic news, but the reality for ordinary people is that we stay in the same shit... Stock market gains, GDP growth, big companies are making more profit than ever, but that doesn't reflect on most of us, the cost of living is higher than ever before and it's hard to keep up with that with "old salaries". My/our wages are not rising as fast as prices are rising, and that's why we don't feel the good economic news.

The inequality between the poor and the rich is increasing, just look at the number of billionaires and how their wealth is bigger every year, while the number of poor people is rising. That's not good, and I am not sure is there a way to reverse that.

The reason why there are negative news about economy is EU and US get affected because of oil shortage and high inflation rate, but not all country suffer that. Most countries always follow EU and US news, that's why they think they also get affected too.

Sincerely I would have wished to be hearing good economic news like the GDP of countries growing, like massive reduction of unemployment and stable economic indices that is not inflation driven.
However ever since the outbreak of covid-19, the world has not remained the same, countries have been trying to survival or patched up with economic situations for almost three and a half years now.
Even the crisis between Russia and Ukraine played also a major role in the international market to that effect. I believe economies across the globe with stable but we will need to just give it some time.

Negative information catches more attention and is what usually becomes the news, which creates a false perception that everything is so bad. That's one side of it. Another side is that seeing negative opinions means living in a free country, or at least somewhat free. If you're in North Korea, I'm sure everything in the news is extremely positive, there are no problems within the country. Because, you know, you can get killed for saying otherwise.
And yes, I have seen somewhat positive prognosis. While the global outcast is that the economy will weaken in comparison with 2023, in my country, the inflation is expected to decrease, which is a relatively good thing.

It sounds a bit heavy, I think we encounter positive things every day. For example, I just bought fruit and received a full refund. It may seem like things are going on that are bringing stress to the economy, but instead of dwelling on the negative atmosphere, choose to look at things with positive eyes. Recently however most of bitcoin news was positive however, especially with the way the etf process is going. Same with ETH and how they are planning a spot etf for Ethereum also.

It's hard to see good news in general. There may be good news on the economy on a micro scale, but not so much on a macro level. Fortunately, we have an outlet like Bitcoin to protect our own finances. Governments mismanagement, wars around the world, pandemics, earthquakes, all have a bad impact on the economy. Without confidence, companies hesitate to make new investments. Unemployment and inflation rise. In such a world, it's pretty normal not to get good news.

I find myself pretty bothered by everything going on in the world. Have you ever noticed how it's so hard to come across positive news about the economy, whether it's in our own country or globally? It's genuinely disheartening. Every time we read, watch, or discuss something related to the economy, it's all about inflation, recession, debt, bankruptcy, companies downsizing, laying off hundreds of workers, shareholders firing CEOs, and the company's stock taking a nosedive. Can't we just catch a break and have some good economic news for once?
