When you sell/lease a Mining Contract, do you allow your Buyers a chance to watch the miners/hardware while it's mining ?

I have been toying around with Jim's CGMiner Web Monitoring script ever since he released the first version.
It does everything one would expect and can be customized to meet almost any situation.
I am wondering if this can be of use to a seller of Mining contracts, to allow the buyers to view the hardware that they are paying for ?
It needs only minimal setup, can be used multiple times on the same web server and will only monitor the hosts you tell it to.
There are no controls, so it will not allow a user to negatively affect your setup in any way.
It also has basic anti-flood protection to keep the user from reloading the page excessively.
It auto reloads/updates every 45 seconds (can be changed) with a visible counter.
The anti-flood protection is set for 30 secs by default, but can also be changed. Once directed to the anti-flood page, a message appears and then redirects back to the monitor page after (default) 15 secs which can also be changed.
There is a basic index.php page (the monitor), a couple css and includes files and an anti-flood.html page.
For setup: specify the Host/Miner names, specify time zone (optional), change refresh/anti-flood times (if desired).....that's it.
No database required.
CGMiner can be run in Restricted mode (as no controls are present) to further enhance security if required).
I am currently using a wamp server on Windown server 2008 for my network and to host the live example.
No Linux required...lol

I would ask that all donations be sent to him, not me. All I did was some basic CSS stuff and the antiflood integration, making it work for this type of application.
