Sometimes the bank can be so annoying with activities which sometimes is not in line with bank regulations. For a year now I haven't stepped my foots in the bank environment. The reason is because, I remembered when I lost my phone I couldn't retrieve the line because a friend of mine helped me to buy the Sim card and I couldn't reach him if he can help me to retrieve the line back. So I bought a new sim card. I went to access bank isiokpo branch in Rivers State to change the phone number in my account to enable me receive alert and also transfer money with my phone. Could you believe that this so called customer care asked me to bring my NIN at same time go to the court to swear an affidavit before I can change the phone number in my account. Honestly I was so mad. I decided not to step my foot in bank. That action lead me to open opay and palmpay account that I am using till now.

op this thread has reminded me of the past horible experience i do have in the banking system,be it withdrawal of money or biometric capturing it will always amount to time wasting, and as we all know every event in life work with time.so time need not to be wasted, i call it wasted time because what should be done within 20 minutes if properly organize will take you 4hours. so thank god for the invention of mobile banking, p o s, kuda, palmpay, monipoint, opay.  this are  modern technologies that are really of help to aid easy acess to our finacial savings.and as such has created more self employment to the people comparing when bank alone was in operation, eventhough bank has reduce there staff due to less crowd in the bank, the invention of p o s and other mobile banking is more helpful and advantageous to the society.

Time and energy will be utilized for good purposes and one is making significant investment in bitcoin and other altcoins, I'm considering a long term investment and not all these crypto projects. Nigeria banks are the worst and everything about them is frustrating. These banks wan carry person catch cruise well well. Make we just de hustle and stay on good lane because winnings is always ascertain to those that work really hard for it.

Bros I no go lie, this new model of banking is really helpful with our busy schedule and more pressing needs for faster transaction. I too believe Opay, early in the morning, or the night before, I've moved the cash to be spent tomorrow to my Opay account for faster and easier transactions. I no get strength for these conventional banks because their own dey enter their body most times.
I no go lie too, instead of to use my two legs go ATM cash points, I rather patronize my POS guys and I've my way of ensuring security too. I don't ever use cards, so if you don't accept transfers, I will move to the next person.
I no even fit remember the last time I entered bank, that one na forgotten issue, why because if I have an issue, Access bank allows me to complain to my account officer, I'll just log in, drop my complaints. On rare occasions, I might even call him and my case is solved. So like this, I fit no enter bank for a long time ooo.

Banks are even benefiting from these POS stuffs cos it gets them more returns than the ATM. So Its a win win situation and that's why most times they don't bother bringing branches at some local areas as POS agents keep enriching them on a daily

I only go to bank to review my ATM card apart from that nothing else attracts me to bank, if money pos is out there so to me it's the same stress paying 400 Naira to bank while I can pay 100 for PoS charge and stop the stress of sweating on queue or having to squeeze myself inside bus to go to bank for how much?
Bro I don't go through stress anymore and again I hardly use my ATM if not for some supermarket they don't accept direct transfer except with card to slot into their PoS I wouldn't have wasted my precious time going queue to have it done.

It has been long that u visited the bank, going to the bank is not long an option for me, since there are better alternative thank the bank itself, very soon with what is happening there will be redundancy in the banking sector in terms of manpower because the only time someone may decide to visit his bank is when there is debit without reversal or debit without paying, I don't longer make use of my debit card, I do more of transfer both in the pos stands or when I want to pay for what I purchase and I love the digital experience, if you consider the lapses in the banking section, you will be left without option than to look out for alternatives, every thing is wrong with our banking system.

A decline payment for POS na wetin I d experience wella for POS. Em d pay me like madt when I enter bank because of am due to the crowd wey I d see for bank.

I was at the bank last month to complain about a failed transfer for which I was debited. I do agree, the reasons why one needs to visit banks in Nigeria has reduced over the years. Basic stuff like transferring funds can now be done from the comfort of anywhere you are using your internet-connected phone or PC.

However, if you need physical cash, you still need to enter a bank or make use of its ATMs. And if you require a debit or credit card, you may have to go to the bank as well.

All of our experiences are pretty much the same. As human beings we avoid anything that is stressful and inconveniencing. Unfortunately Banks fall into places that causes all stress and inconveniences us because of the kind of service that is rendered at the bank giveaway to provide feedback it will be one. What I mean is that most of us would rate the services provided by these banks one on a scale of one to ten.

If it were possible to avoid banks and hospitals for the rest of my life, I would. In fact, I think everything should be digitalized. We should write them when we have conplay. Forms should be filled online is provided by a secure server etc. This is how it should be.

I have just went to the bank recently when I wanted to update my DOB on my BVN, before then, I can’t remember the last time I went inside the bank for complaint, deposit or any form of issue with my money in the bank.

Banks are fading away and they don’t get more patronage through the ATM card withdrawals like before when technology came in and made things easier for all. The use of POS machines for withdrawals are also a matter of time, they will also fade away when cashless policy comes into full effect but I don’t think it will happen anytime soon.

Rich Nigerians are the type that like to show off cash at any given opportunity to do so, big wedding and ceremonies are celebrated to show off wealth which include spraying of money. If many people become digitalised and no longer need paper money at hand for transactions, the ones that will want to show off won’t make that a reality which they are the elites that control the use of the money itself.

No be small thing oo, small small na so banks take dey loss customers to pos and mobile Fintech banks, and just as you talk the next thing wey er fit see na be say people go come dey more in interested in transfer than to use normal ATM or go bank, e don Tay well well since I go bank, the only thing wey dey make me go bank na one hen I wan withdraw very large amount of moni, but even got that one sef I dey consider am say e too risky, because Dem been don thief moni from my oboy when em go bank, so majority of my money movement na either transfer or ATM card.

I haven't been in bank for about 3 years now neither have I been using the ATM card transaction method but the USSD and mobile App transaction methods.
The queue at the ATM stand is gradually reducing because, when you consider the time and stress people go through on the queue and you know that the pos guy will only charge you 100box to get 5k, you go just jejely waka go POS point, withdraw your money and getat to your house.
It is not only considering the ATM queues and how you could withdraw #5K from the POS with #100 but also considering the distance between your location to the bank because most times, the  money you spends on transport To and Fro off the bank is more exorbitant than the POS charge fees.

Honestly speaking I can't remember the last time I visited a bank, because I don't have anything to do there. All my banking details are in order and I don't see a reason why I should visit there. Mostly I operate more on cashless basis. When I need our local currency I sell my usdt on p2p and and get my money in my account. When I run low on groceries I go to the grocery store and buy everything I need and pay with my debt card. For those that accept Bitcoin I pay them with Bitcoin. With the way our country is right now, one can really operate on a cashless basics if you want. This has really reduced the work load on the banking sector.

Omo it's been almost a year I last visited the bank and it was because of the amount my account was limited to I received a certain kind of money and I had to go to the bank so that the limit would be increased that was the last time I visited the bank and I believe if not for some complains or banking issue or ATM renewal I don't think many of us would visit the bank for a long time

Honestly pos and mobile banking is a stress reliever applaud Nigerians for giving mobile banking and pos a try I remember when fashola was still the governor of Lagos state he was among if not the first person pushing for a cashless society by introducing the use o a POS machine and mobile banking to lagosians and then the entire nation bought the idea

Our banks really need to learn from opay, some days ago I just say make I put money into my bank they deduct huge amount from my account,  I see reason why people will always choose opay before any other bank . Opay no dey dey deduct money from people account for no reason, but other banks keeps stealing from us.

You know say this question nah funny one but nah something wey we dey overlook because of POS and mobile banking app. The funny part be say I dey dread go there unto say the line wey person go cue on just to collect moni no be here. And sometimes too, after staying there for a long time, e fit reach your turn and them go say cash don finish or one crazy excuse.
Another annoying thing about banks nah be say if you go use their ATM machine, sometimes your card fit get swallowed. Honestly, I no go lie say POS don help reduce the stress. But the way some of them dey charge eh, e go make u reason bank.
Things have changed in a very short time I remember does days when you could not avoid going to the bank whatever the transaction may be at that time but now everything is easy, especially pos that innovation have made thing easy for people and bankers, just work down to any junction in your street and you have access to cash without stress. Just that during that cashless policy people suffered for cash because we depend too much on cash but to some extent thanks to the policy it was an eye opener. The last time I went to the bank was to get my ATM and that has been the last time I went there.

Mehnnn, na January wey I enter di banking hall last and wetin really carry me go there na because I need hard copy of my statement of account. POS, ATM machines, bank transfers don make transaction easy for people, na before before wey I dey go queue up in other to deposit or withdraw money. Now POS don dey everywhere, wen I calculate di money wey I go use pay transport go bank, di time wey you go waste and di stress, I go just reason say e no worth am and I go just accept to pay di POS vendor di charge instead to run di transaction for me.
Obio that serious when I saw this that I could not stop laughing wow I know how a lot of people hate going to the bank and the stress alone is just discouraging, mobile apps have such a feature for getting your statement of account they will send to you as PDF format so there will be no need for you to even have gone to the bank things are just getting better. And the queue is always annoying especially when you want to withdraw and at the end of the day you might not even get to withdraw because the cash is not always enough. Aside from the transport you will spend to transport is better the stress and how they will even waste your time.

Na true you talk because even me I no fit remember when last I go bank even before the cashless policy, I no dey like go bank instead I dey prefer to use POS no matter how huge the amount is, wetin I dey normally calculate much na time, my residence dey far from bank so I dey calculate the transportation fees for go come, the money don pass the charges for the POS, I dey spend almost one hour to get to the bank and come back, na this matter be the reason why I no even collect ATM rather I dey use mobile apps to do my transaction, one hour wey I go use go bank to back na em I go use go POS and also do wetin I want do within one hour.

Truly if not because of safety I go like to they keep my money for house because sometimes I no dey get access to money when I need am, even this network issue don tire me, and also that unnecessary charges and also fraudulent people too dey disturb person.

I just like the fact say you no begin dey shout and sing praises of bitcoin  and cryptocurrency in general because if na others the next thing you go see be say na bitcoin  make people stop to fey go bank which is absolutely  wrong because at the end of the day, with all your bitcoin holdings, you go still need naira.
Frankly I no fit remember when last I enter our banks and reason been that I never really get anything to go do there because Firstly when I reason transport to reach Bank which is about 800 naira to and fro, aswear I no see reason to reach bank because  with that transport I fit withdraw 80k once and I never really do transactions wey go require me pay upto 80k physical cash.
I still dey pray make I no get reason to go bank not anything soon except better money drip wey dem go block my account.

The truth remains, everyone of us cannot do without bank , and that  you have not visited the bank for some months does not mean you can do without it. Most persons who have been to bank still have their ATM card working perfectly and some do not have any issue with their account.
If you have not been to bank for some times now, then you must have been to P.O.S to withdraw money. Even the p2p transaction requires the bank.
When there is mass adoption and usage of Bitcoin for day to day activities then going to bank for anything will be optional

Since Buhari show us shege during and after election on the cashless policy, I don't even use cash except rare cases of transportation when I use public transport. If there is any area that I like about the past government is the cashless policy but the way they bring wasn't friendly at all, I will never forget frustrations I experienced during and after that election time.

I like how things have change in the banking industry, there was this time Nigerian Commercial banks think they are gods, the untouchable because there was no alternatives then but today, with your ₦200, you can have your thousands of naira instead of walking or drinking Kilometers away to go and use their machines that will even swallow your card at the end or during the transaction. Nigeria Bank ATM don swallow your card before, the experience are not funny one and I love the innovation how it changed the banking sector.

As it is right now, there is even more competition among the micro finance banks, Kuda was one of the first micro finance banks in nigeria, then Opay follow when their transportation idea died and since the launch of their opay POS, they have become one of the fastest growing bank in Nigeria, Palmpay is good because of their loan but moni point is now fighting to have more customers, they just launched their mobile app on app store and play store to get more customers. Their adverts is all over BBNaija shows to win Nigerians heart but opay is already leading with their lightening transaction.

Evolution is contact in life, so many things will spring it up, whether with positive effect or negative effects, it has given pushed innovative ideas to the limelight. That's why some often alleged bad policies bring about innovative solutions to problems which is another avenue that people diversify and make more money. I believe the cashless policy is a case study. Unfortunately, our government is not necessarily Digital currency friendly, they would have widely adopted the technology or at least explore around the technologies.

Government needs to be more proactive and prudent in opening its windows and doors to vast of ideas out there.

I nor fit remember when last I enter inside bank or even go atm machine sef. Na pos I dey use oh, and most shops don get the machine and them dey also accept transfer. Things don really change for naija oh, and na since that cash scarcity time last year nai business owners come wise. If I get transfer problems, I go just email the bank or write their customer support for twitter. This pattern fast pass the time way I dey go stand line for inside bank, those customer care girls go come dey use person dey turn round.
Even bank too no say costumer no dey too come bank now, as of last two weeks ago first bank dey look for who to give pos machine, this one surprised me well well  because the all first bank no fit sit down dey wait for costumer to come because they discovered say people dey move to wallet bank now because their charges dey cheap and network is almost 100%. When we dey complain about their charges we were thought that the charges are low now,

It's amazing how fast change comes and how easily we forget the things we were used to.

Since POS and mobile banking took over the space most of us can't even recall the last time we made any physical transaction at the bank. For me, the last time I entered a bad was about two months ago and that's only because I needed a new ATM card otherwise, I do all my transactions on my phone.

The queue at the ATM stand is gradually reducing because, when you consider the time and stress people go through on the queue and you know that the pos guy will only charge you 100box to get 5k, you go just jejely waka go POS point, withdraw your money and getat to your house.

Microfinance banks like pay, palmpay, and Monie Point have even proven very reliable and customers have gradually shifted their attention and funds to them.

People now prefer to make cashless transaction and it won't be a thing of a surprise if banks start doing away with some of their staff due to massive reduction in the number of customers as well as reduction in transactions made at banks.
It's actually quite funny you know because I also can't quite recall my last visit to the bank after all the horrible experiences I had when the shenanigans of the whole new naira note shortage was going on. I think I am now bankophobic  Grin because the whole system of business is now trying to meet up and things are a bit lot easier in Nigeria.

The introduction of POS and Moblie banking don really make things easier for us especially in terms of withdrawals, the way queue de always de for banks especially during period go make you hate bank so much. As i see this post i just de remember one say wey i see shege for bank as i go withdraw mumcy salary, the kind queue wey i see dat day i stand for almost 3 hours and when e vin de reach my turn na im dem talk say cash don finish for the machine so we still had to wait before dem still stack the machine with cash. This experience just make me de avoid bank matter ever since and i think the last time wey i enter bank na when i go request for account upgrade and also new atm card and e don reach a year now or even pass sef and after the upgrade i no de really use this banks again. Opay and palmpay has been my most used bank because of their fast transaction.

The queue at the ATM stand is gradually reducing because, when you consider the time and stress people go through on the queue and you know that the pos guy will only charge you 100box to get 5k, you go just jejely waka go POS point, withdraw your money and getat to your house.
If you compare this N100 and N200 charges to the amount wey you go spend for transport go bank you go see say much difference no de na why we de jejely use go POS to withdraw and also the issue of queue wey de dey for banks de discourage us from going to the bank.

Just that POS operators don too much, in my area here, you can't walk for 5 seconds without seeing a POS stand or shop, sometimes, I dey wonder how they take dey see customers self  Grin.
Na so i been de think too say how dem de take see customers as dem don too plenty and in some areas you go see like 5 different POS line up near each other, but then one of my friend wey own a Pos con de tell me say even as dem plenty all of them de see customers say na we de see am like dat and i con reason am say the rate wey people de transact everyday no be small.

Haha, don't be surprised if or when I tell you I stayed more the seven good months before visiting a bank recently.

And why did I visit the bank?

It was because, I transferred the sum of #180, 000 naira to someone and he didn't get the money, even when I had been debited, we waited for 2 days and the guy did not get the money, I normally do lodge my compliant online and within a few days, the issue, no matter how serious, will be resolved, but this time, I just on my own decided to visit the bank branch close to me since it's been a while since I last visited the bank, so I went physical to lodge my compliant this time, and within days like normally with my online complaints, money was refunded back to my account.

So yeah, the emergence of POS and mobile banking, have indeed reduced the stress that comes with operating an account with a bank here in Nigeria .

Just that POS operators don too much, in my area here, you can't walk for 5 seconds without seeing a POS stand or shop, sometimes, I dey wonder how they take dey see customers self  Grin.

POS don dey around for some time now and the growth on the business don dey explosive way be say, e hard for you to walk around any corner for any urban area and you no go see at least one or two POS stand. This business don bring about the rise of plenty wallets (online banks: Monie point, OPay, etc) and these guys don make services cheaper and access to POS machines more affordable and accessible but, the skepticism side still dey.

You know goose calls way person go receive con dey tell you say, them be your bank manager and you go send them some code via say something dey wrong with your account… The thing don make some people to dey careful on how them dey use POS services and these categories of people still dey dey prefer inside bank than any alternative but the better be say,
E don drop wella.

The cashless policy and change of notes open Nigerians up to possibilities of easy and faster means to finance handling. E help banks too if you ask me. Less paper work and time spent in attending to customers as well as managing people. E dey hard me go bank for any of my personal transactions. Mobile banking and the availability of customer care support on the apps just makes banking a lot more easier and the charge on POS service no matter much for petty transactions.

The queue at the ATM stand is gradually reducing because, when you consider the time and stress people go through on the queue and you know that the pos guy will only charge you 100box to get 5k, you go just jejely waka go POS point, withdraw your money and getat to your house.
Thats true op. And the most discouraging part about not seeing any need to stand in queue at the ATM point to make withdrawal is how money finishes in the machine when it's close to your turn, like one or two persons to your turn after you have stood in line waiting.

Those recurrent cases was part of what discouraged me from having the liver to stand at ATM point for withdrawal when I can just perform same using a POS point with just #100 charge, saving my time from been wasted.

Microfinance banks like pay, palmpay, and Monie Point have even proven very reliable and customers have gradually shifted their attention and funds to them.
Microfinance banks has been a life saver during and after those times of scarcity of the Naira with their fast payment system hardly getting hanging transfers. But even as that I wouldn't encourage anyone to leave huge sum of cash in those microfinance banks like palmpay, Opay and Kuda etc. If you want to keep a huge amount in your bank account do that with those banks with physical offices saturated all over the States and country it's much saver as you have where to walk in ask easily lay a complaint.

You can leave a little amount in this microfinance banks for daily quick transactions and expenses buy never as a means of storage . E get why!

Wetin I wan go find for bank wey POS full everywhere for street? The distance from where I dey stay to bank I fit spend like four hundred naira just for transport fare, and not that person go deposit or withdraw the money instantly their customer attendans in banks (cashiers) go first behave like sey them be second angel of death, you go to their ATM stand for queue just to hear sey the machine swallow your card.

Sha e no get as e be for now we still need all these commercial banks service, I don't know the kind of technology wey go come in future but for now I go still rate them as the best. Some people still de wey no too believe in all these microfinance Banks dem, dem never still get mind to they put money for microfinance Banks like opay, palmpay, raven and fairmoney e.t.c because them they think sey they fit run with their money any moment and if anything like dat happen to locate their branch go de difficult so the safety of our money na im be d Koko. Banks are more reliable but e no de stop me from using my opay.

To be frank I see the evolution gradually taking place in the banking and finance industry and sooner than later banks would be a thing of the past as people are gradually doing away with the reasoning of going to the bank to do transaction and believe me there would be downsizing of work force in the banks as people are no longer interested in going there for anything. These days, people prefer using the POS vendors than going to the bank for transaction. At your convenience,  you can transfer huge amount of money from your microfinance bank app if you have scaled through the KYC process that grants you such privilege.
I really have not been to the bank for quite a long time now as a result of the ease and satisfaction I derive in using my microfinance bank app. So far it has made people gone digital and cashless that you have joy doing transactions.

No be small thing o, me e don tay wey i visit bank o. I visit bank every 4 years to renew my ATM card as all my transactions are being done online.

Thanks to modern way of banking too like the microfinance banks. At least with the establishment of these online banks it has made it easy for us to perform series of transactions without going to the bank to stand in queues.

And moreover their are transactions that requires urgency like maybe when a loved one is being hospitalized. And you know anything concerning a persons health requires urgent treatment and attention so imagine a situation where you need to go to the bank to withdraw or transfer money before the patient will be attended to. So you can see how these online banking have aided us so much because you can actually perform transactions immediately with a phone theirby making monetary transactions easier and more convenient for us.

Furthermore, online banking has also reduced criminal activities because sometimes going to the bank always is very risky because some criminals will start monitoring your movement whenever you go to the bank and again since alot of persons now focus on online banking, criminals have find it difficult to rob people because most people doesn't go about with money in their pocket again. Imagine during the naira redesign, if not for mobile and internet banking the masses would have experienced more severe suffering but they didn't experience much heat because people where performing transactions via their phones and other online medium of transactions. So for me there's absolutely no need going to the bank anymore.

Asides how POS dun make things easier in terms of withdrawal, Bank dun show many of us shege wey make us dey fear bank problem. The last wey I reach bank, it was a very bad experience because it was during that time of Shortage of New naira notes. Omooo crowd for bank nor be here ooooo! I go dress for my house for morning  by like 6 o'clock, before I go reach bank by 7, dem go give me number 243...My head burst! Wetin vex me pass na say the problem wey carry me come the bank na very minor thing wey i normally suppose fit do for house, but e nor dey work that period.

Na that day, after I pass through all the suffer for Gtbank, I transfer the small money I get for there go Opay wey I open. Na wetin i dey use since then, no wahala!

POS and Mobile Banking Apps make things easy for us. I visited bank last since na the month of May. Physical banking system is gradually giving way to online backing system. Though it will take time before it will fade away. And when it will finally give way, bitcoin will become the King of all the currencies in the world.

I visit my bank recently to collect new ATM card, but before den e don reach like five months wey i visit bank last to make one complaint. I agree with you totally say very soon di king of all currency way be bitcoin, go Sidon gidigba for im position as di globally recognized decentralized digital currency way di centralized fiat currencies for di whole world go bow to. I know say online banking and pos wey de gain ground for transaction matters de gradually pave way for bitcoin adoption inside Nigeria, and di entire world at large.

In di 90s who fit believe say one day you go Sidon inside your house, without visiting bank, come de do cash transfer, na so e go be for bitcoin, in di nearest future, wey everybody go adopt am take de do transactions.

It has been long I visited bank in my community because, am use to POS to withdraw any amount of money with small charges that will not make me feel bad compare the transport and time I will worst in the bank before getting the cash. And some shops in my community made things very easy for common man in the society by accepting transfer in any kind of goods you want to buy apart from local food like garri, yam which are my favorite food and you have to give them in Cash before they can release the items for you. The way I used to save money some years ago in the bank when I never discovered BTC has reduced because, I passed through hell in the hands of bankers in my community because you have to settle in the bank before you can withdraw some amount of money from the bank, and since I developed ideas on how to invest in BTC, it has helped me to save some huge amount of money in my wallet that will help me to get what I want in life when the price hit higher in the future.

As the local physical banks go dey do away with their staff, na so all this digital mobile banks go dey employed and if all this banks works smart na to go secure slot for those microfinance banks dem. This na wetin we dey talk say trends dey change and we suppose dey move with the trend or dem go leave you behind. For workers wey dey handle costumer cares na for dem to go learn any digital skills wey relate to banking so dem go get better advantage or e go wey dem when dem go sack dem. I believe wetin bring about this cashless policy more na dat mumu thing wey dem been do for December time wey dem make everybody upgrade to using cashless policy. I also noticed I no too dey get bank wahala again and na why I never go bank because if I remember correctly na only dat wahala dey carry me go bank.

The queue at the ATM stand is gradually reducing because, when you consider the time and stress people go through on the queue and you know that the pos guy will only charge you 100box to get 5k, you go just jejely waka go POS point, withdraw your money and getat to your house.

Everybody dey in a hurry as na so the country be and e go be waste of time to go stand for quene for ATM wey dey bank when you no even know if the bank g get cash to dispense so all your standing no go be waste. The POS vendors dun help mata well well for the country. All my withdrawal for the pass 2 years na pos, I no remember the last time wey I join quene say I wan withdraw from banks. Even dat season wey cash was scarce, na still pos wey I been dey use but the fees was crazy and I just they hope we no go experience dat kind thing again.

Banks like GTbank wey I dey sure of no even require you to enta inside d bank before you go fit  get your ATM cards. Dey get one machine wey dey like the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) wey go fit do dat for you easily  in less than 5 minutes and you go get your ATM card without you  to dey  follow queue inside the bank for it.

I do any transactions from pos around me and I'm okay with it. when you consider the time factors considering what we do here , you will know that going to back to queue is wast of time since you will use 100 to 300 to do what ever you want to do in bank around you since COVID till now I use my ATM to buy what  I wish to buy . and I'm very okay with it.

You see na, na the thing wey make dem say another man food na another man poison and na true talk be this wey I see for your post. True true bankers na self go dey reason na because this change fit make banks begin reduce workers and even make staff turn contract work when customers no dey con line for bank again.

POS and microfinance banks don really change the paradigm for the financial sector plus mobile transactions from mainstream bank. Omo na effect for this good and easy bank transfer go be this oo on top bankers. Like me too, if no be to go collect new ATM card, e don tay wey I enter bank oo, highest na ATM if I need to.

I no fit reason d last time wey I even enter bank self, but I never even enter bank dis year, na last year I enter bank last, even currently my bank ATM card don spoil, and I dey very lazy to enter bank go collect another one, na my OPay I dey use since I get there ATM card. Banks wahala too much, since POS don dey everywhere, if no be say person get serious think to do, if na just deposit and withdrawal, i go rather use POS than wasting time going to bank.

I can't remember the last time I went to Bank, gone are those days when we go to the bank and you will be ask to join the queue and before it gets to your turn your already exhausted and even a small issue that needs to be treated immediately will take them some working days to rectify but with the help of online banking the stress of going to the bank was limited were as all the transactions are done via transfer or through pos machine, so I don't think there would be need for me to use the bank again on less is something serious but thinking about it Banks are facing a big challenge considering the rate at which people are leaving there Banks for online bank as such leaving them with a very few customers.

I no dey even reason bank mata at all because where I dey live and where bank dey far, and the transport to and fro go reach you collect 50k for ATM and also pay for your charges. I no think say i dey spend reach 20l physical cash weekly, because i dey prefer to do transfer and buy things from people wey dey collect transfer. One Aboki wey dey sell big store for my area dey collect transfer if you buy something of 50 Naria self. I no even send their ATM card because they wahala wey you go pass through to collect am self ma die. The last time wey I go bank na July, and the reason be say I nedd huge sum in cash because where I bin go na only cash them dey collect there. Una know village settings now, wey POS fee na dead. I no dey use atm na all this online app them like Opay, I dey use and them sharp die.

Where I was paying #100 is now #300 and where I was paying #200 now is #500 so going out and coming back home, I spend more than 2k, that is why I don't like to go out unless I am going out for an important things. And another thing that made me to stop going to bank is the quantity of cash they gave out, when I would pay that big amount of money as TP only for them to gave me 20k, omen that thing pains me to the bones. I just thank the online banking system.
