Hello, I am looking to put together a team to create my own cryptocurrency. Where can I post to find primarily an "adviser" who can help me build a team of developers, operation directors, etc.?

Serious answers only please.

Do you want a coin with its own blockchain or just a token? If you need a token, in my opinion the best and by far easiest way is to go on Waves. There is a tab ("Token Creation Tab") which let you create tokens with a few clicks. Try it out!

Start with a vision and an idea. If you have a vision of some type of infrastructure that will improve the Ethereum network and have real world benefits, then you will have a successful project.
You shouldn't be worried about finding a team before you know what you will be developing. Come up with the idea first. Don't just develop another ponzi ICO.

To be honest, if you need to ask those questions to be able to start and effectively run your own coin/token, then you're obviously not qualified for it.

And yes, that is a serious answer.

Definitely true. Get to know the crypto world, get to know how things work and how things happen. You cant rush things.

I apreciate your entusiasm but I recomend you to learn a lot about blockchain technology before even thinking about doing somthing...
The risk is a loos of money, time and reputation.

I suppouse you are motivated and you see lot of opportunities in this technology and this is a very good thing but it is better to study before and first of all i suggest going to conventions, meetings (crypto meetups are awsome, you can search for one in your area) and conferences.

Good luck!

You could always get your feet wet by using a token creation service like Minereum or the like:

If you want to create your own Blockchain currency for fun then you can see the basics here: https://youtu.be/86jqAfySi64
The video is a little dated now but I checked it a few weeks ago and it's still working so long as you download the right version of software.

If you want to seriously launch a currency then I'd agree with mjglqw that you're probably too inexperienced at the moment. Learning c++, go, java and reading the bitcoin documentation will give you a good basis to progress.

I'll be creating an end-to-end video showing how to do it after the next version of Bitcoin Core is released, send me a DM with your email address and I'll drop you a message when it's published.
