I am alive but in hibernation.
There is whole thread dedicated for it. You can check it for yourself.

But that thread was last active since March.

I did not get your point, are you saying that all the website now ceased to exist in just a span of the 2 to 3  months only. Personally I am not looking for ICO so I am not in mood to check them.

@OP, Please lock your thread, I think you have got your answers.

Yes, you can sech on ICO rating website. if you found a good IOC on that website always try to verify them on bitcointalk forum. Before invest in any ICO do your own deep research. Because a lot of scams are everywhere. https://cryptodiffer.com you can use this website, It listed various IOC that ranked by industry experts. I could found Good ICO for this month while I'm searching for good one. Guarium (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--3293429). I didn't research on that project and I can recommend it for you. Visit official thread for more details

Thanks for the info.  Just wondering if there are any non-profit websites (i.e. not accepting ad fees) which give an unbiased list of the trustworthy ICOs.
I think, that all of such resources have their interest, its a business anyway.
So you better double check all the ICOs youre going to invest not to rely on listing websites

I am a newbie and wonder if there are any reliable ICO listing websites that list the more reliable and the best ICOs out there?  I thought ICObench is a good place to start with, but some say that it's BS...

Maintain Social Distance, Stay safe.
I think you can also use this site https://coinmarketcal.com/ where you can see ICO's and token with proof if the project is real or fake and you can also vote if the ICO is a scam.
The other tips I think you must find an ICO which is promoting with a signature campaign with real payments in bitcoin or altcoin because there are many ICO projects are fake and you can be lost if you invest in the wrong ICO project.

I'm using ICOBench and ICO alert sites...i don't know these are really reliable cos they don't mention who reviewed the ico.

As per my opinion best ico listing site is www.icodrops.com
Where you will find all best active, upcoming, previous icos.
This ico listing platform has very good interface, and so user friendly.
All type of main information what you mainly looks into an ico you will find in one place.
As of me I only visit icodrops.com for ico nothing else.

Thanks

You can try to check out these sites for ICO listings:
https://icobench.com/icos
https://www.coinschedule.com/
https://icowatchlist.com/

Remember that just because they are listed doesn't mean the ICO is reliable or "the best". They've just gone through the process of being verified by that particular site. There are a lot more listing sites and more are being developed and launched every day.

Can't tell you if there's a reliable one who's willing to do it for free. Most of it are being used for monetization, their skills of reviewing are also a way for them to make money.

I am quoting my old post, In which I put the guidelines/precautions to be taken when dealing with ICOs and airdrops

4. Scam airdrops.
Although airdrop looks safe bet but in scam airdrops you will be requested to give some donation to receive the airdrops (like .01 Ethereum). Be careful in these airdrops and do not send your money to them.

5.) Scam coins and ICOs.
Although a full proof method cannot be guranteed to identify the scam coins and scam ICOs, but still following point can be taken into consideration before investing.

a.) Developers promise very high returns on investment, Giving too much referral bonus or whole setup look like a ponzi scheme.
b.) Coin/Token is ready without any whitepaper or poorly written whitepaper.
c.) Coin is not solving any problem or implementing any new idea.
d.) Website look poor, Hosted in free platform like "Wix" or there is no https for website.
e.) Dev reserved too much coins for them, or too much premined or any other scheme that is giving undue benefit to development.
f.) No source code available.
g.) Roadmap putting emphasis on listing coin in exchanges instead of doing some real development.
h.) Team members are not known at all

6.) Do not believe others without DYOR .
It is quite possible that person advising about coin/token is associated with pump and dump, or getting some personal gain like referral bonus so it is better to do your own research.

Last but not the least, Never invest the money  that you can't afford to lose.

Icoalert, https://www.icoalert.com/? Simply google ICO calendar/or similar and you will find some good sites.

Not sure how reliable they are but they could be a good place to index the current ICO's, and to then continue researching/inspecting the ones you like.

I myself also would never just trust 1 site. They could easily be bought off/manipulated into giving a false review, even the biggest sites out there.
