Last year i remember Benson telling that they will back
Yah.

Never expected to end it like this...
We wont be ending.. We will come back, stronger, more experienced and smarter.

Coinsecure was his baby.
you mentioned coinsecure was his baby.
Benson sold his baby to Kalra & company and held 1% stake in the game. Ref: http://archive.is/Mz5lN

Hacked exchanges (unlike Binance) never or rarely come back and they always promise to relaunch not to left users disappointed.
That is a hard reality that hacked exchanges rarely come back and with Binance only time will tell what their real future holds.
Except for Binance, many other big exchanges like Bitfinex, Bithumb, Bitstamp etc. were hacked but still running strong.

You know reaching out to him is not that tough. Just mail him on the Coinsecure email and he'll respond to you directly.
As a long time bitcoiner and one of the trusted member i would like to see his response here if he wishes to, i am not planning to bug him with mails about asking about his plans. Smiley

Coinsecure was his baby. When that went down I think he got demotivated. He has a family to take care of and I would not blame him if he chose to stay away from anything that would smear his name unnecessarily.
I know he was a mature individual but trusting a single person to have full access to the company funds was an immature move and i know he never expected that, no one is smearing his name but he is indirectly responsible for the incident as you mentioned coinsecure was his baby.

Hoping to hear a good news from you soon Benson bro.

Hacked exchanges (unlike Binance) never or rarely come back and they always promise to relaunch not to left users disappointed. Unocoin is still managing some how but has removed half or more of their staff. There are more chances of Unocoin and Zebpay relaunching in India but not Coinsecure (IMO). Benson has been really helpful on this forum but it's sad to see how things turned.

Unocoin is not functioning like it used to be, even i thought and i moved some funds to see whether i could trade seeing their price a few months back but i was stuck and had to call their customer support to release my coins and they did that in a few days.

Last year i remember Benson telling that they will back and they are going through legal things at that time and then they will relaunch again, since that i never heard about them in the public. May be Benson has no further updates regarding the relaunch, they gave a better rate than the rest of the exchanges and i personally like to see them again.

I hope Benson is seeing this thread, we would like to hear from you regarding this.

Coinsecure won't be launching again as they got hacked (even if RBI lifts the ban) so no point waiting for them. Benson hasn't been active since 2018 even though he logs in regularly.

But still even if the ban is lifted, I don't think even other exchanges would start operating as they have lost so much and have been forced to shut down. There may be new ones opening up though.

ZebPay left in a very abrupt and unprofessional manner. I have a friend who still has INR stuck with ZebPay and they are unable to refund him as of now. Not to mention their extremely shady beginnings as BuySellBitco.in under the helm of Mahin Gupta - https://www.coindesk.com/indian-authorities-swoop-buysellbitco

Only once there is clarity on regulations, will new and old business open up again!

If there are other companies, let me know.
Zebpay is the first exchange to relocate from India but majority of the exchanges will relocate in the coming years especially when the owners of Unocoin,  Shivam Thakral (BuyUcoin) and Neeraj Khandelwa (CoinDCX) publicly stated about moving their business outside India and recently Unocoin reduced their work force to just 14 staffs.

Its not Co - Insecure. Its Coin Secure.
It is just a pun from OP because of the insecure way in which they lost their coins, they refunded my coins after the incident and i do not see any accusation against them till now about anyone loosing their money because of the hack.

Not heard anything from Benson or any other person from coinsecure about their launch but last year they said they are sorting everything to launch once again but after that i never heard from them.

It has been real hard time for bitcoin entrepreneurs in India. Many of them have shifted their business outside India and rest have gone into limbo state.

The only crypto-centric business that spawned in India and went out is Zebpay. Initially, they launched as BuysellBitcoins.

If there are other companies, let me know.

Benson Samuel, Mohit Kalra etc.
We have not heard from them for a long time, but the coins in my account were refunded to the wallet address i provided a long time back, anything specific why you are looking for them, not sure what is the status of the hack and the legal actions taken nor any news from them, but according to Benson they will be coming back hopefully when there is a legal clarity regarding bitcoin in India.
