I am not sure you got this mail from real team or fake Paycent representative but there are two versions of Paycent token:
1) https://etherscan.io/token/0x0142c3b2fc51819b5af5dfc4aa52df9722790851
2)https://www.binance.org/en/trade/PYN-C37_BNB
The first one is the contract address of Paycent token which is widely used on the app. The second one is the trade page of Paycent in DEX. You can convert the PYN-C37 to BNB and later do whatever you wanna do.

I entered my binance.com account and did not find a PYN-C37 wallet. I am confused because the page is binance.com but PYN appears at: https://www.binance.org/en/trade/BNB_PYN-C37 but neither the .com or .org has a wallet for PYN-C37. I tried to convert a little Dash into PYC-C37 using the paycent app but the conversion failed because I am a newby that still do not know how to get the coin. Also, what is the difference between PYC e PYC-C37 ? Dear Paycent, is it possible to convert the little Dash I have at paycent wallet into Paycent coins? I searched at Binance and crypto.com and none of them is offering the PYN which is depreciating in value due to little publicity, like if PNY had a faucet and 7 billion peoples could earn a SINGLE PNY that would be great publicity for the coin and better prospects for businessman to purchase the 10.000 PYN cards. I do not see the future to convert internally via PAYCENT coins into paycent. Also I wish you could explain to me the difference between PAYCENT PYN and PYN32? The PNY has depreciated amost 6 percent due to lack of publicity which means the policy 1 PNY for each human being on the planet should be implemented.
Dear Paycent, the transfer did not generate a tx it is never filled, and the reason that happens is Paycent priority which is not transfer, the Paycent priority is the stacking of the coin, therefore what I can do is to buy Paycent ans stack it, for transfer right now crypto.com is best because they sell Paycent; it would be unfair to criticise Paycent for not being able to generate the TX because that should be generated outside Paycent when buying Paycent to get a FREE PAYCENT plastic card, so what I can do is to email "? embassador? @paycent.com" and present them a PLAN for more people to be able to BUY THE COIN as PAYCENT is a project that is just getting started, bur if you google: how to become a PAYCENT embassador CYN coin ambassador , google shows no results because PAYCENT though good project does not have enough publicity so my idea for PAYCENT is get 7 billion PYN coin bought by the population if all human beings buy just 1 PAYCENT PNY coin that would ammount for 7 billion PYN, and that would be a very good project, right now PAYCENT has the PLASTICA CARD project each person stacks 10.000 PNY or above but that project though good does not generate publicity, like earn PYN for doing publiciy of PAYCENT on facebook and other media, therefore one good project would be a private investor distributing 10.000 PYN for 10.000 new PYN costumers if they displayed an advert on facebook or their pages in favor of PYN.
