There are now a number of UK sellers on eBay accepting PayPal / Bank transfer etc for Litecoins if you don't mind paying +20% over the exchange price.

been looking all-day to buy some LTC with £/$ and I cant find anywhere everywhere I look they want proof of residency and a licence of some form. I only have a driving licence and don't have any addressed letters to my self I signed up for 3 websites using my licence and left proof of residency blank and I hope to get accepted by them but I'm getting ready for rejection :/ does anyone from the UK know where I can buy some via bankcard/paypal/skill as these are pretty much my only options I have mined half an ltc coin in a day but I want a lot more then just 1 Sad
