but if I may suggest, you'd better just undergo the ban... wait 7 days and don't repeat whatever you've done before

This message about creating a topic on meta is the reason for me create this topic. But I didn't find anything about who is responsible to receive the appeal and what I should do. I didn't receive any email address that I could send anything.
