You can buy at cex.io and few ones that I don't know but why do you want to buy with credit card? makes no sense.

Maybe because he's out of budget but since the cryptos are down this will be a great time to buy more so using credit card will be the last resort.

On the other hand, if you like to buy erc20 tokens in the future via credit card you can use bancor protocol with no fee.

I used CEX.IO and it works well but you got to go through verification.

Another alternative will be the MCO mobile app, there is an option to purchase Bitcoin and some altcoins with credit card. I haven’t tried this option though.

You'll need a Bitcoin wallet before you buy since some exchanges require one.  At Coinbase you can buy up to $150 or €150 of bitcoin per week instantly with a credit or debit card in: Wink

It depends sometimes on where you resident in as some local exchanges have such functionality,e.g Luno.com across different countries. I believe coinbase offer such if you are fully verified

“The Premier Digital Asset Management Ecosystem”
In my opinion, you should go to Remitano, where it's good to buy the coins, in my opinion that is the best place and they are reputable because I have traded there, I think that the future is no place any better

Yeah,Berrygood, I should agree with others. Many exchanges offer good security measures, but that doesn't mean you're no longer need additional ones. For example, I store a small portion of coins for trading purposes on a CEX in-built wallet. The rest I transferred to the hardware one. Not because I'm such a paranoid, no — I just want to be sure that things go OK. Oh, by the way, due to availability of several layers of security that makes CEX quite a good place for depositing. And lately the company reconsiders deposit option and provide bonuses, https://cex.io/wires-campaign/ .

I don't know what interest rate you're paying on that credit card, but I think in general it's a very bad idea to buy investments--metals, crypto, whatever--with a credit card.  It's basically buying on margin, but those credit card companies don't lend money cheaply.  If you're intent on doing so and you find a place to buy, just be mindful of how much it's really costing you.

Or he can use Skrill, https://www.skrill.com/en/transfer-money/skrill-cryptocurrency/

Plus I believe all exchanges and services that accept wire transfers and credit cards like Skrill, CEX.io always make their users undergo KYC/AML. There is no way to avoid it, unless you want to buy a fake Skrill account, which is risky. Hahaha.

That's not recommended. I believe they haven't implemented the withdraw feature yet so he doesn't really have control over his bought bitcoins.

Virwox.com is legit and they do accept credit cards however, the fees are too high and there is limits.

If you are willing to do KYC verification (which I believe you do otherwise you wouldn't try Coinbase in the first place), you could try Coinmama or CEX.io

Now the US is very much in control of the crypto currency market, so I would not advise you to buy a credit card from a credit card. Better transfer your money into electronic money, and then already buy a crypto currency on them.

The Abra app supports loading money with credit cards and then converting to crypto, as of March this year: https://www.abra.com/blog/20-new-cryptocurrencies/

The Revolut app also supports the same, but in more countries and with more different types of credit cards accepted: https://www.revolut.com/au/cryptocurrency

As @OmegaStarScream mentioned, Virwox.com has very high fees. Though they do allow some interesting conversions such as Paypal -> BTC if you're willing to accept the high overheads. Virwox is pretty much instant, as are both of the apps mentioned above.

CEX.IO requires a bit more setup and I've found their KYC to be incredibly slow. Coinmama is more light weight, but has a speedier KYC in my experience.

Greetings All,

I have been looking "high and low" for a legit outlet that will allow me to buy bitcoins with my Mastercard Credit Card...My credit card company
said that the transaction have to be performed as a credit card transaction, and NOT as a "cash withdrawal"...

I called Coinbase. They said that they no longer accept credit cards...I am already familiar with localbitcoins….Does anyone have any information
on Vixwox and if they accept CCs . Is their procedure as a cash advance? and what about their fees...Also mention any other LEGIT source.

I truly appreciate any, and ALL help you care to provide!!!  I hope to hear from you fairly soon!!!  Ps. I live is USA
