ok thanks im understand you.. but venom don't use credit card just bank account.
Most, if not all, of the BTC/USD or any other fiat currency exchange services do not accept paypall/payza and similar payment systems via credit card. This is because you can issue a chargeback and return your money and thus keeping your newly earned BTC's AND your money 
There are a lot of discuussions on this forum on this topic. I don't know about venom but it might be the same reason in case it has some kind off chargeback mechanism altough bitcoin transfer doesn't and it is irreversible.
