Could you link it please?
Well, you're already on the section of it (Pamilihan) but as long as there's no taker on your deal then that's it.
Maybe check out the Currency Exchange and if there's a way to have someone do the deal for you even if they're offshore and do the transfers depending on the payment method.

But you can also buy directly here in the forum (p2p)
How exactly do I do that? Is this a p2p service this site offers?
There's a p2p through the forum and it's convenient if you want to buy directly from someone. It's like trading directly from someone.

you can buy it from someone here locally
Here as in the forum or the city? If the city then how do I find buyers/sellers?
You can do both. I think in Facebook groups, you'll see some but as said by mk4 do the deal in a safer place for meetups.

or from other members
Any tips on how to find members buyers/sellers?
On Currency Exchange(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) section on the forum.

and just use an escrow for the transaction.
What's the etiquette here? Who pays for the escrow service? Any particular one you recommend?
You may ask SFR10 as an escrow, he's a reputable guy here in our local section and part of the list that I've given above for escrow service.

Bitcoin ATM perhaps? 0r any P2P platform with no KYC? Or any one who is interested? About 5000 pesos worth, or any amount less than that, or slightly more.
Ito list ng mga P2P no KYC platforms:

https://localcryptos.com/
https://localmonero.co/
https://bisq.network/
https://agoradesk.com/

pero pwede naman siguro na Gcash pero an escrow is mandatory as you are a newbie. Hindi ko lang sigurado or natry ang trade na P2P in real life, ang pag kakaalam ko mayroon Bitcoin ATM machine ang Unionbank sa Makati.
Di natin alam if PH resident si OP or a foreigner kaya nag aalangan ako mag recommend ng online platform for buying BTC since almost lahat dito sa atin is required ng KYC, Even common e-wallet such as Gcash is KYC required. Di ko pa na try yang mga shinare mo pero if hindi sila tumatangap ng bank cards ng ibang bansa, assuming na foreigner si OP is mahihirapan siya bumili at sigurado ako hassle yun since I assume na if e-wallet payment yung need is one of great choices to avoid KYC is 711 gcash top up, but yeah I think it is a hassle method for me.

Bitcoin ATM perhaps?
If no KYC, a bitcoin ATM is the key but AFAIK, but there are only two at the moment and I haven't tried it yet. Both are located in Makati.
According to "Coin ATM Radar", there are actually 13 BTMs at the moment, but unfortunately, most of them would require you to go through some kind of KYC process [the best one seems to be the one in "Sunette Tower (refer to the limits and verifications part)"].

0r any P2P platform with no KYC?
You can find some of them from the following links, but I prefer not to vouch for any of them [DYOR]:

if you are willing to go first then there is no reason why you'll not finding any one here in forum , but make sure that you will only  deal with old members with good activity rate for the last 2 years.
or much better if there is a Green trust for trading .

since you are newbie there is none of us that will be willing to sell you that will go first.

as if you wanted to use escrow this will add expenses on your part as buyer.

I'm willing to go first or use an escrow. How can I go about finding buyers/sellers?

Try looking for exchangers on social media(Facebook), then talk to them and ask them to meetup on a very safe location such as a well-secured mall, or in a well-known bank.

If no KYC, a bitcoin ATM is the key but AFAIK, but there are only two at the moment and I haven't tried it yet. Both are located in Makati.

  • The bitcoin ATM at Sunette Tower is near P Burgos Street and Makati Avenue.
  • The other one is at Unionbank’s Ark Makati branch.

But you can also buy directly here in the forum (p2p), you can buy it from someone here locally or from other members and just use an escrow for the transaction. Most likely if you don't want to use an escrow, you're likely to go first.

Having no hassle in buying bitcoin is hard to find these days if you want it. Most of them will require you to provide an ID. If you want to go OTC and online, you can use moneybees but they'll require you an ID.
