I would advise that everyone buys assets for himself. And then in case of any problems, it will be you who will be the last one according to the results.

If cryptocurrency is legal in your country then you can buy BTC from different exchanges without any hesitation. But in this case you have to take action depending on the amount of government tax.

Hire Bitcointalk Camp. Manager @ r7promotions.com
For huge transaction I don't recommend to deal with p2p even if we hire escrow to middle up the deal since we still not sure if we can get a good deal and not get scammed. So what's best for that situation is to buy at reputable exchange like binance since on that platform we can safely buy bitcoin without worrying about getting scam but make sure you are ready to provide your KYC since this is important in terms of validation.
I'd be of the same opinion.

Huge deals are delicate to handle even if there's an escrow. There are OTC exchanges where you can buy this and that's going to be the best place IMO to buy it.

We have that option to purchase it online with those big and reputable exchange but if it happens that you know there's an OTC market in your area, you can give it a try although rates are likely different from the usual.

You don't need escrow to buy and sell Bitcoin for security reasons.

Have you heard of binance

Binance is one of the reliable platform with trading volume.
Well, an escrow can be needed if he was transacting on some platforms like for example in the forum where you don't fully know the person your transacting to but this kind of trades is like an old school style, on the modern times we now have exchanges like binance that cuts this hustle's and risks.

We don't need to find a reliable escrow anymore when using a trusted exchanges because they themselves already acted as one but there is no need to doubt them because we already see how long they have been in this market. They are a big company and we are confident that the platform has a robust security and if ever unexpected things happens like hacks or something, I think they can be able to do a refund.

I do not think that someone who wants to start a serious investment of millions of dollars will consult like this, you will need a paid service and therefore spend after the money in lawyers, technical people to build your own portfolio or secure wallets for the devices that you will buy and then a tax specialist and to calculate which platform is the best that will save money to you.

Buying from a platform is a small part of an integrated chain, unless the team works in harmony, you will cause wastage of money and therefore your question cannot be considered serious.
Right, unless the institution is ready to spend so much money on fees and consultation as one can easily buy any amount of bitcoin on an exchange I am aware of a lot of institutional investors who bought through coinbase, best exchange, and a host of others. Engaging the service of an escrow in purchasing large amounts will attract much as the escrow fee will be calculated according to the volume of the transaction.

There's a high possibility that this guy is not fully knowledgeable on crypto and someone refer to him about a client that asking for crypto investment with a high pay rate that's why he is making a DYOR first on where they can buy a safe and stable source of BTC daily. Not all people are prioritizing the law when entering because sometime they are using crypto to dodge the law.

I recommend Binance to do this kind of business since they have a VIP system for there customer and insurance fund for protection in possible hacking event.

where can I find sellers with BTC volume who will participate?

On any exchange with big enough volume. Sooner or later (directly or indirectly) that's where everybody is buying from.
Make an account and start buying. If everything is legit, KYC is not a problem. Go for one that has offices in UK, if you're from UK.

Coming here with such questions shows that you don't know what you're doing (and this is dangerous when working with money). I don't know nor care whether it's the case or not.
Asking the seller comply with whatever escrow you want (and not one of the reputable escrows from the forum) may be seen as a signal that you may want to scam. Again, I don't know nor care whether it's the case or not.
And if you are expecting forum members sell millions worth of bitcoin (since I expect institutional investors don't play with 100s of $) just like that, you're mistaking. Your best bet is an exchange.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
If it's an institutional client, then I suppose they wouldn't mind KYC, right?

There are some old and established crypto exchanges that Offer OTC bitcoin and crypto trading, such as Kraken and the likes. Have you tried them out?
Have you tried talking to their different supports on what is required?

Hello - my institutional client would like to start buying BTC via escrow services - where can I find sellers with BTC volume who will participate?
Why do you need escrow?
Why do you need to find a seller?

If there's an exchange platform we can use that has acted as an escrow itself which is totally safe.
If you're afraid of the KYC, we have decentralized exchangers and if not, a centralized exchange might you're looking for.
For the decentralized exchnage I highly recommend,

Additionally, as you can see under my signature, it's a platform where you can buy/sell cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin.  That's a good choice either.

Hi @sheenshane - many thanks for the reply - I appreciate it!! The transaction must be executed via an established process using a UK OTC which has it's own escrow too. We're looking to buy BTC daily....
