What company can I order fund that's still active? I like Titan BTC but it seems inactive. Also denarium doesn't deliver loaded coins to the U.S.

I think that there is a U.S. law against loaded coins, and because that law there is difficult to find sellers that ships loaded coins to your country.
There won't be too many guys doing funded coins any more. Is titanbtc definitely resting? Their prices are a little out but still in the ballpark. Maybe check out kialara if you like the exotic stuff.
