Absolutely. When I bought from them it took 4 business days to arrive at my door step. Accounting for CNY, it might be a few extra days, but they ship quickly.

I ordered direct from Bitmain's website. It was absolutely fine for me. Payment through to delivery with UPS and full tracking number provided. Only took 7 days to arrive and that included a malfunction on the plane where it was delayed in Mumbai, India. If not for the delay it should have been around 5 days from order to receipt.

Bitmain even gave us a 0.12BTC coupon off the next item purchased because of the delay and it wasn't even their fault, it was UPS's aircraft.
