I found that most ICO websites have stopped updating
Well I used to follow this website before: https://icomarks.com/. And it is still ongoing and updated, so I would advise you to check them out. What are you looking for by the way? Airdrops? news? latest update?

I will also suggest to go visit the Announcements (Altcoins) board.

thats right by visiting announcements board in this forum is the best way to to know about new blockchain projects
because i always visit that board to find a new promissing blockchain project

you can also head to its child board - Tokens (Altcoins). these 2 sections alone will give you more than what you ask for. everyday you will see project/s being launched. and up to you what preferences are you looking for in a project.
and if you find one or two, just follow them closely via their socmeds because thats where they post their latest updates and get a hint where the project is heading to...

there are a number of crypto information repositories especially on telegram and discord. also doing google search with a specific keyword can help you. cryptoknowmics is also good at that, you can check event on this page https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/coin-events

You need to read the detail of the project and ask whether it has the potential to outgrew other projects. Some of them are claiming to be ETH's killer like Polkadot and so on. Mostly these projects are going to have a high value already and not starts with like $1.

The altcoin subforum always welcome new tokens being announced. I don't read all the tokens's ANNOUNCEMENT thread but obviously, if the thread gets more replies it gets interesting and attracts investors.

Where can I centrally obtain information and trends of new blockchain projects, please help me,thanks
For me, i find most of the good new projects from my crypto twitter feed but i do have subscribed to a lot of crypto media, influencers, experts, traders and investors that is why i often find the relevant information directly in my account.

Every legit project runs a Medium site about news, updates, technical details, economic insights and much more. If a project doesn't have medium or isn't hosting the same news on their official website, we can assume it's a scam project or a very low quality project.
At least I would advise to avoid such projects, where no clear update structure is available.

It's also an option to search for an Telegram announcement channel but Medium is much better. Telegram announcement channels are not really a replacement for Medium / blog updates.

ICObench is still up and running, well updated too but one need to be careful with ICO rating websites, don't rely on any projects rating from the website, do your own research before choosing any project, even projects with poor rating on ICObench can do better than those projects that have 4.7 rating score on ICObench, use your brain

I check the new blockchain project here in bitcointalk forum in Altcoin Announcement Tab, there we can find several new projects. Apart from this, I checked new projects in altcointalk forum as well but I find this place is better than other forums or social websites links.

In this forum you can check the Altcoin Announcement section, there are dozens of project introduced every weeks. For other sources, you can surf on the crypto/blockchain news site, like coindesk, cointelegraph, etc.

I think you need to be updated in their social media channels so you will know latest event and happening in the project  you are interested.

I tried to look for a website and only found this one https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/coin-events no idea what kind of events listed there sometimes it's not related to a project but for the nlockchiain technology.
