There is really soo much ICO's it's hard to follow.

I am looking to invest on small-cap ICO's with good potential that have an actual benefit from holding the coin/token (like TenX/TaaS etc) with rev-share or rewards (masternodes)

Try to to browse over google. There are a lot of websites and materials with ICOs listed and their caps. Try to visit icobazaar.com, www.ico-list.com, www.coinschedule.com, https://icotracker.net. There are also analysis done by experienced people in the ICO world. They kind of rank the existing ICOs.
Yes you are right, actually the most important on ICOs projects are not on the list of upcoming ICOs but on the analisys fundamental about the ICOs projects, it will makes succesfull on ICOs investment, the factors must be learned before investing into the ICOs projects is what's the function of projects on real life, is the projects has the real comunity that run the projects in the future, that are couples criterias be used by me for investing into ICOs.

I rather prefer to invest in ICOs that get covered by the news.
There are many crypto/finance related news covering ICOs from established companies and or backed by famous persons.

Nothing lasts forever
There are many ICOs out there which claim to be worthy and say that they will definitely result in a success but very less know that most of the ICOs turn out to be scam and some dont become so successful . Only few ICOs result in a difinite success. There are many websites which will give you a list of ICOs running at present but if you want to invest in some potential ICOs then i will recommend you to find an ICO from this forum.
There are many threads around of the current and upcoming ICOs which have potential in them. They have their ANN thread which you can read and decide whether to invest in them or not.

The sites mentioned in the thread are good for info purposes but they're really not great for being a guide for which ICO's are good and which ones are scams.  The ICO scene needs to evolve and I think projects like Cofound.it are a necessary part of this evolution.  I know many of us don't want crypto to be regulated, and if we're not be regulated then there has to be some sort of selection process before a project starts an ICO.

If ICO's are to be the new and preferred funding model, then I think Cofound.it has the right answer.

Edit:  Check out https://cofound.it/en/ for upcoming ICO's that went thru their selection process.

Yes, I also like to find the ICO projects on the coinschedule.com, then I will try to find more information on this forum since I can see much professional discussion about these projects, which is really important for me.

Just google crypto icos. There are a few website that categorize them all in order of when they begin.

Edit- NVM not sure where to find ones organized specifically by your request. I know there are a few threads that may help. Your probably better off researching all the upcoming ones and picking the ones that fit your requirements.
